Here’s an idea. . .1. Describe food item, pronunciation, and country of origin 2. Describe ingredients and those that are comparable to ingredients that are available there 3. Show short video of ingredients with preparation or provide recipe card in language they understand . . .just in case they would like to try at home. .3. Serve the food item.
    Information is power.

I'm a little confused about what kind of "quiche" they were served. One thought it had prawns, one thought it was chicken, most of them didn't even mention eggs and they all seemed to think it was some sort of bread. Also, at about 4:25 the presenter seems to say that mushrooms are seafood. I think something may have been lost in translation.

It will cook just as well as frozen Spinach. #3: Don't over Bake it! It will turn out dry & rubbery.

I wonder what the ingredients were in this quiche. Normally we don't put prawns or fish in it as it would taste bad with the egg mixture and never heard of it being made with chicken.

I've heard of it. Chicken quiche, tuna quiche. Not prawn quiche tho.

I always thought quiche was considered a "kitchen sink" type dish, meaning it's whatever you have on hand or everything but the kitchen sink. I've definitely had many chicken quiche in my life. It was often made with spinach, and sometimes made very spicy.

Mushrooms are not sea food. "Sea food" means food that comes from the sea (water): fish, crab, oysters, shrimp, prawn, etc.

It’s good content. But for every poor person in Pakistan, you can find another million in a more dire situation. Poverty and hunger is tragic. I want to help those who don’t have nor will they ever have a platform to be helped or sent gifts. Be kind and help the silent impoverished majority with no voice.
