- Опубліковано 15 жов 2024
- 2nd build of a stock 1993 Yamaha Jog 49cc to a fully built 77cc monster. Engine consists of... Yamaha Aerox cases, Kart pump added, Malossi MHR 77cc Big bore cylinder, Roost R86 exhaust, Malossi RHQ 12mm crank, Bidalot PVL racing ignition, Malossi MHR overrange 2005, Polini 2G clutch, Dr. Pulley clutch bell, Stage 6 reverse intake, Stage 6 VForce reed cage, Polini Evolution gear case, Malossi 13/44 Primary gears, Polini Evo air filter, Str8 CVT cover, Stage 6 kickstart lever, Frando HF1 rear brake caliper, Voca caliper adapter, Stage 6 190mm rear disc, Polini shock riser, Keihin 28mm PWK carburetor, And Polini Paioli rear gas shock.
That’s so clean I’m looking for a Yamaha MBK to do a full custom build on, I had a aerox when I was 16-17 all I did was have the spacer out so the gears could go up & a race pipe, but this time I’m stripping it to the frame & doing a full custom build with a 172 polini motor on a Yamaha MBK or piaggio zip sp
adam pratt Yeah some of those bikes we can't get over here. Seen an Aerox here and just recently a Gilera runner 180cc 2 stroke. But I've yet to come across a Zip. I'm thinking of selling this motor and using the bike for a full 100cc 2fast or Roost build ported by HK.
33MM Pwk keihin, VL14 reedvalves 5mm spacer with am6 manifold (to the front), 3G clutch, Polini overdrive belt, stage6 halfpoulie. Get all of that and it will provide atleast less slip and 3/4HP deu to intake!!
jpcw 97 Don’t know if the intake and carb would fit. Its got a kart pump welded to the cases. Right in the way.
@@overse9624 carb to the front results in a better passage of air could still fit it to the back tho. Just less throttle response with this intake. Still tho the changes of your cvt with the belt clutch and hafpoulie will improve take off ALOT. And due to the polini belt reducing slip u can provide a bigger ammount of HP to your cvt when upgrading other parts of the engine.
jpcw 97 Your saying switch my 2005 Malossi overrange for a Polini belt and stage 6 half poulie?? I'll look into the am6. I already have VL14 reeds and custom aluminum high rise spacer saved for my RC-one.
@@overse9624 only get the am6 manifold to fit right on the cases if you are able to mount it to the front and tilt the engine forwards to. Otherwise leave it like it is and justget a bigger carb. And yes get a Polini speeddrive belt for overrange and the stage6 halfpoulie which has no fan on it. It will reduce slip on the variator and the halfpoulie will reduce weight and force on the crankshaft.
Best looking Yamaha Jog I’ve seen!😍👌🏽
BikeLife Dk Thank you sir👍 Here's my very first build.. ua-cam.com/video/Vrm44Dhe2P4/v-deo.html.
Muito show essa jog! Deve ser muito forte. Da ate vontade de pilotar ela na pista! 👏
Para un 77cc es muy agradable. bicicleta de pista perfecta. Lo acabo de vender, pero todavía tengo mi jog Rc One 94cc
bro dropped a bag on this buiild
Have that same street legal kit on my XR but this thing is badass
Rob Lignell Thank you. Yeah this combo is a beast. It's not my first build but it's slowly working on me.
O VeRSe it’s fucking sweet I never cared for scooters than I seen this video it changed my perspective.
Why did you get 2 g cluch and not 3? Just wondering
Guy sold me the complete engine because he was moving out of state. It was his custom build. I was gonna put together a twin 2fast or Roost 100cc for the Jog frame, but the price was too good to pass up.
Oh I see I’m rebuilding a jog zr. But it’s giving me problems right now
I have a 1992 super jog zr and I put a street build on it.. and it’s been stumbling..kinda like the clutch is slipping or something but I have change everything in the cvt and jets and cvt cases, seals. And still does it. And it’s not as fast as it should be
Hey man, what cluch/clutch bell are you using? I have a malossi delta clutch plus clutch bell and it does not my fit with my stock transmision case cover so I want to buy the Str8 cover and i really want to know if it fits. Thank you!!
Alin Flacăr Yamaha Aerox cases, Polini 2g clutch, Dr. pulley clutch bell, with the Str8 cover for Aerox.
@@overse9624 thanks for the info. Is the Str8 cover bigger than the stock Minarelli case cover?
Alin Flacăr Tell you the truth I haven’t had a regular minarelli engine or cover in more than a couple years. Do you need the cases and cover to be wider or deeper. Some people have to grind out the cases to fit a larger bell and shim the cover if they need it deeper.
@@overse9624 i grinded the case but i ended up cutting the whole cover where the clutch bell sits. i just want to buy the str8 cover and be 100% sure that it can fit my clutch bell. thank you for all the info and good luck in your future builds ❤️
We’re did you get the wiring harness and cdi and all that
So nice wow i love jog yamaha

Wow! Great work. Looks amazing

How did you get the triple Tree to go in the jog frame? Plz respond it doing a very similar build and I need better front suspension
Triple tree neck diameter was the same size as a stock jog triple tree diameter. Direct bolt on. Ordered from aliexpress.com. Just search Aluminum jog triple tree.
Where did you get that Tripple tree from that fits bigger wheels?
Webbike japan. But stock it did rub the 13” rims and tires. I had to throw some homemade spacers in there to stiffen them up a bit.
I love shoreline mafia
Hello, how did you mount the engine? I'm having trouble fitting mine, there is no space for the carb, could you help me out brother? 🙈
I had two Jogs at one point. On this one I made a custom mount that I fabricated and welded myself. The other i bought an Easyboost mount that I had to modify slightly for my Jog with the complete RC-one.
@@overse9624 I am also having trouble with this. I was going to buy a Stage6 or a F&F Motor frame mount for a similar model, like Aerox or JogRR and use it as a starting point, adapt it from there (trying to mount 2Fast cases to Jog frame). So you are saying the Easyboost mounts are a closer fit? Which one did you buy? I would rather not have to extend/trying to retain factory length and 10' wheels. Thank you so much in advance, so hard to find info on these kinds of Jogs and fitting Euro parts to them
@@Beidjsixnaoanduejwiznwnaizlwm Easyboost Subframe Extension Yamaha Aerox MBK Nitro - Take the carburettor to the rear Increase the wheelbase by 10 cm - Made in France Anything you get will have to be modified anyway. This kit is easily adjustable in or out.
@@overse9624 thank you so so much I really appreciate the info. I am not looking to extend at all and hoping to mount 2fast passion cases to the Jog - is there any particular reason why you aren't suggesting to start with the Stage6 mount? More work to modify for Jog? Thank you!
@@Beidjsixnaoanduejwiznwnaizlwm What year Jog are you referring too?
Very nice and tasteful done🔥👍🏼
yo bro ik im late but i hope u still use this account im currently building a jog what set of forks did u use? for the bigger tire?
Aliexpress triple tree and aluminum forks. I think the kit was for Honda.

Nice man. By the way, where do you get that bolt extension for your rear paddock stand to hold in place? What do you call it?thanks
Nino Echavez Stage 6 just calls it a shock adapter. www.scooter-attack.com/bracket-for-paddock-stand-stage6-mk-ii-piaggio-s6-98et001-39.html
The Stage 6 paddock stand kit comes with 3 adapters and 3 different length Allen bolts.

Was gekostet das project $? Danke Schön
Péter Kiss Picked the Motor, rims, tires, and rear shock up for $500. Paid $400 for the Yamaha jog. Powder coating, bars, triple tree, shock, fairing kit, and lighting kit another $500. So I’m right around $1400 into it. Which is pretty good for where I live.
@@overse9624 Thank you, nice job :)
so amazing
まきSaapas Thank you sir!
Is the front dampers locked up? The front wheel seems awfully close to the Tripple Tree. :)
Sodi No sir. The forks are low down forks. At first I was having rubbing issues. Until I put spacers inside the fork springs. But the front shocks are real stiff now.

Boskoe The Mop God 1993 Yamaha Jog custom built. You can find jogs in the states. No problems.
@@overse9624 over here in PA is not that common.
Boskoe The Mop God Can you get your hands on a Zuma or BWS either or. The guy that sold me this complete engine , rims , and rear shock had this all installed in one of the baddest Zumas I've seen on the planet. Anyway I don't know if your completely into the naked look. But the BWS has some of the nastiest after market fairing kits out right now.

where can I get those pieces
Igobyhc Martinez Scooterswapshop.com , Scootertuning.ca , Aliexpress.com , and ebay.com.
How long did it take 2 complete it???
Sven Papillot This build went pretty quick time wise. I'd say once I stripped the scoot to the frame. It took me around 4 months total to purchase all the parts. Here's the build thread if your interested. 49ccscoot.proboards.com/thread/20963/larry-mhr-77-yamaha-jog
shit better be for a track 👊😅
how mach it cost
Retro Life4 Under $2,000 including the price of the scooter.
😳😳👍👍
Ou trouver l amortisseur polini booster 280mm svp
Fabrice Duwez Je ne peux pas te le dire. J'ai acheté le moteur à un copain il y a assez longtemps. je pense qu'il l'a obtenu de Scootertuning.ca
I just can't believe what I've just seen... this is soooo AWESOME !!!
I bought a 1992 Yamaha Jog Artistic Spec 49cc a few days ago and I love it, but I don't know where I could get cool parts for the scooter like you. Can you help me? Can you suggest me something to put on my scooter or brands that are well-tried and reliable?
Thanking you in advance! :)
theMATtube Jogs are really a great Scooter to have and modify. I think the wet weight on a stock jog is 130lbs. You can’t go wrong with brands like Malossi, Polini, MXS, or Most. If you have money to throw around I’d go with Roost or 2 Fast. There’s Scooterswapshop on the west coast and there’s ScooterTuning.ca up North. There’s a tons of aftermarket parts for your “Horizontal Minarelli” engine. 70cc racing category big bore kit, racing exhaust, and Racing crank should put into the 65mph region. Reliably...
@@overse9624 Thank you for answering! I will check those brands!! Nice work in youtube, anyway, keep doin' it!

QuébecRacing Team What would you recommend?
@@overse9624 These for the drag or all Day?
QuébecRacing Team With the kart pump I’m able to use it as my daily driver. I can ride longer distances without battery drain.
@@overse9624 yasuni c30 big bore 77-86 Roost r77 This if is my opinion according to my experience and my colleagues
QuébecRacing Team Yeah the engine was built by another gentleman who couldn’t take it with him. So he sold it to me. If you have a chance give it a go. There’s not a lot of Malossi 77 big bores out there left.
O verse how much to build me one?
Sota Pop I got a really good deal on this one. I have a little under $2,000 into this build. That’s including the price of the scooter. Depends on what you want. $4,000-$5,000 will get you a beast in the streets.
@@overse9624 pretty much what you have there. So would you ever sell it?
Sota Pop It's a perfect little bike. It rips! Probably gonna sell just the engine soon. Haven't decided or set a price yet. It's got a little under 200 miles on the whole build. And just tuned perfectly. You could put this engine into any bike and have a 75mph ripper. Guaranteed!
I have a 75km/h with 50cc std cilinder piaggio !! With this kit you would go 110+ easy
