Didn’t use any oil/assembly lube to install
The wrist pin bearing, piston or even on the cylinder!
Also nice to see you couldn’t even be bothered to centre the crank after installing.
No torquing the head studs, no squish clearances nothing!

i mean u dont normally have to squish, but yeah no sealant or lube is a big nono

You trust those head gaskets sealed the right way. It’s a lot easier if you just use a little bit of Honda bond on the gasket so they stay in place.
What did you use to work the crankcases? A pickaxe? Bruh the boundary layer of fluid on surfaces is important when the fluid is at high speeds..
I have a Yamaha slider 2000 model with 3KJ engine . I am willing to modify it like this jog . Thanks for the idea
Forgot to apply some gasket sealant between the crankcase?

Not hating but your crankshaft should be doing more freely with a load on it and it was stiff but nice build ! If you crack the case again and make she bearings are seated all the way down and the crank is centered and it’ll fix it every time
What I've done what tap the crankshaft ends back and forth to release the side load on the bearings. But yeah I saw that too.

Смоттрел и ранее но небыло времени написать.Наличие запчастей это хорошо,но знаний и уверенности в работе нет.Мастер это когда работа кипит,нет лишних движений и ошибок,а сдесь на лицо не опытность мастера.Будем надеятся что опыт и знания прийдут.Ну а так неплохое позновательное видио для начинающих.
Tip for poormans over range kit
The piaggio zip torque driver fits minarelli with some minor modification,ends up with even more belt travel than the malossi furia rossa(note the kick starter case needs cutting to fit)

Bro short question the engine case are 3wf 90cc or 4dm 90 cuz they are not 50cc if the crankshaft size 54mm sure its 90cc cases

El aceite es lo ultimo que se echa. La prende sin aceite y si marcha bien se lo echa

yeah i thought the same. that cylinder is just a 47mm 70cc or 75cc max 80cc, definitely not a 110ccc....
And that exhaust is too smaal for a 110cc it would explode at longer rides...

Никого не смутило что он не снял боковую нагрузку с коленвала, он еле крутится вообще
Кроме того он даже герметика не положил между половинки когда устанавливал коленвал... :О
Про зрение хочу спросить у вас господа судьи , Вы разве не видите что фильм смонтирован из обрезков, что это далеко не весь процесс сборки, что многое не показано в видео
