5 YEARS AND PARENTING CLASSES??? WTH! She didn't just "leave" a handgun in the reach of a child, she GAVE the bag to the child! This is a complete and utter joke! Does she have other children, since they are not giving out details about the 10 year old? I would pray that Orlando would NEVER let her raise any child again! My prayers go out to the victims family. I feel so sorry for them. The victim may have been fighting, but did not deserve to lose her life! Im sorry, but they did not get justice!
Appeal tf out of this. Chicago a teenager witnessing a man beating his mom up shot & killed the man & initially both were charged then the DA dropped the charges. Just happened last yr. Expected the same in a stand your ground & self defense state when great bodily harm to yourself or others is imminent or occurring.
