    Bro constantly crushes it with top caliber guests. Only complaint I have is he was like 'Coach, watch this gnarly ass wreck. This is the best video of it I have.' Then me patiently waiting to see the wreck....still waiting....lol. Serious tho, another great show @GYPSY

    Jase is always amazing with his interviews, always goes deeper and asks so many more questions… everyone that’s on Gypsy Tales, it’s like you find out so much more about them…. I’ve followed racing since the early 2000’s but in the last year solely listening to his podcasts… it makes you feel more connected with riders as a friend would. you get to find out more about Jase too and just makes him in GOD status for knowing and doing so much.

    Nice man. It's incredible, the things I've learned over the past few years as I got more serious about racing...43 now. Started in my late 30s. Injuries in there too..best shape of my life right now and I'm still learning every day. Thanks for this, just downloaded myfitnesspal and will be getting a scale...and sleeping with my GARMIN on...haven't been using it as anything but an event recorder.

    If youre going to value your sleep and heart rate metrics this much, you really should be using a chest heart rate monitor and an eeg head strap. Basing this much off of data collected by a smart watch is silly.

      Check out the attributes associated with each watch. I like the Fenix 6 model and beyond. Super durable and has all the features.

      Most any of them over $299 will do the metics Robb looks at. The multi-sport watches have pretty much everything in them. Garmin has a comparison feature on the website. I’ve been using/selling Garmin products for 13 years.

      @@CoachRobbBeams oh, just like "I don't mean to sound ____, but". Or "I'm not trying to toot my own horn but". Or "I know not everyone is __ but people should..." I do it alot and try not to, because ppl mistake it for weakness or lack of confidence, when you're really just trying to be precise with language. But it does take away from the flow a bit because the people that matter know what you mean anyway and know you have good character. Love your work.
