Bro constantly crushes it with top caliber guests. Only complaint I have is he was like 'Coach, watch this gnarly ass wreck. This is the best video of it I have.' Then me patiently waiting to see the wreck....still waiting....lol. Serious tho, another great show @GYPSY
Jase is always amazing with his interviews, always goes deeper and asks so many more questions… everyone that’s on Gypsy Tales, it’s like you find out so much more about them…. I’ve followed racing since the early 2000’s but in the last year solely listening to his podcasts… it makes you feel more connected with riders as a friend would. you get to find out more about Jase too and just makes him in GOD status for knowing and doing so much.
Just started to watch and the vibe is amazing… watch Coach with Johnny Hopper all the time! So excited for the next 5 hours and Supercross next!!! Jace love your podcast!
Kudos Chase for bringing this CRS’s value in an extended format. My first 5 hrs podcast from start to finish. Coach Beam keeps you invested in his valuable delivery of information. Well done to you 2 from questions to detailed answers. 👏
Know nothing about Alden baker but I would take coach rob over any coach. Rob if you’re seeing this you’re a genuine fountain of knowledge. Impressive fellow
@CoachRobbBeams a lot of the info and concepts really resonated with me. Looking at the garmin watches and will be following your content closer now. Thank you Robb!
Nice man. It's incredible, the things I've learned over the past few years as I got more serious about racing...43 now. Started in my late 30s. Injuries in there too..best shape of my life right now and I'm still learning every day. Thanks for this, just downloaded myfitnesspal and will be getting a scale...and sleeping with my GARMIN on...haven't been using it as anything but an event recorder.
Thank you for watching and commenting - let me know if you have any questions or if you need/want a dashboard to be created within the Garmin Connect dashboard.
Man I wish I had this guys knowledge when I racing, 14 broken bones and 6 or 7 surgeries. Always felt like I was lacking something. Body always felt beat down, still does 😵💫 loved this pod . Thanks G. Time for me to get that watch too lol
Thank you for watching - I am a huge fan of the Fenix 6S. Provides all the data analysis discussed. Pick up the HRM pro chest strap for the being on the bike.
If youre going to value your sleep and heart rate metrics this much, you really should be using a chest heart rate monitor and an eeg head strap. Basing this much off of data collected by a smart watch is silly.
A multitude of attributes: skin temperature, resting heart rate, average heart rate during exercise, sleep quality and quantity, body weight. Thank you for watching.
Most any of them over $299 will do the metics Robb looks at. The multi-sport watches have pretty much everything in them. Garmin has a comparison feature on the website. I’ve been using/selling Garmin products for 13 years.

@@CoachRobbBeams 💯 will reach out if need, but I think you guys already did an incredible job in that 5hours.. I’m well beyond my racing and training years, now onto the daily grind of being a parent, working long hours at labor jobs… but i tell everyone the information you have is still so important to have and implement with many of our daily lives.
@@CoachRobbBeams oh, just like "I don't mean to sound ____, but". Or "I'm not trying to toot my own horn but". Or "I know not everyone is __ but people should..." But it does take away from the flow a bit because the people that matter know what you mean anyway and know you have good character. Love your work.

"sewing machine" is exactly what everyone said at the track in the olden days 😅 spot on Jase 😊
Great episode, it would be great if you was able to share the screen you was both looking at around 2:38ish when you was looking at your garmin

5 hours, oh damn!

Much appreciated.
Sensational pod 🏆🏆🏆
You said you were showing the figures and readouts etc on UA-cam? I didnt see anything shown on this recording? Im obviously missing something.
Same here, I switched from Spotify to UA-cam to see the screen share but it looks like I am missing something as well
Great podcast. Is the graph you are looking at a Garmin thing or custom from Coach Rob?
What’s the difference between the Garmin Fenix 6s, polar, solar editions??? Simple as color and charging?
Wish we could see the screens
Love robb
Hey Jase, I've never wanted a smartwatch but this poddy got me interested, what model of Garmin are you using? thanks.
Garmin Fenix 6
Thanks@@gypsytalespodcast9369
Good stuff
Am I wrong or did rob mention a link to get a garmin watch at a discount?
Good stuff for someone who isn’t too fit 😅😂 to learn something.
Whats the model of garmin that you are personally speaking about? Would appreciate to know
Fenix 6S
Too we learning big brain stuff today boys

@@CoachRobbBeams You're not lying Coach! Its crazy how much you know. Thanks for the reply. Braaaap!
Does it matter which Garmin watch you get or all they all compatible?
Check out the attributes associated with each watch. I like the Fenix 6 model and beyond. Super durable and has all the features.
What data is the Garmin takeing (heart rate?) to give a unit of "stress"?
A multitude of attributes: skin temperature, resting heart rate, average heart rate during exercise, sleep quality and quantity, body weight. Thank you for watching.
Which Garmin are youse using?
I strongly recommend the Fenix 6 - steel case and has all the "brains" you want for analysis.
What watch is the best for motocross and training???
Fenix 6s with the HRM strap for when you are on the bike. Thank you for watching.
