Sweat it out with Yoga Tone Up, a complete yoga workout. This five-class series will optimize your practice by blending the mind-body awareness of yoga with muscle-toning movement. I like her as an instructor which is why I chose this video. She’s always given good instruction. However this was a Quad killer, not at all a glute toner. Squats (the primary exercise in this course done as double limb, single limb, sumo, and lunges) are a primary quad exercise, secondary glute exercise IF one squats deep enough. The bridges, which were done minimally at the end of the video, are a primary glute and HS strengthener and secondarily quads. But by then, the quads are so fatigued that it’s hard to give the glutes the energy they deserve bc the quad supporters are on their last fiber of energy.
Anywho, it’s a good quad video. Try something else if looking to target glutes.
With this routine Briohny will it make my pancake butt round a little?
