Instead of a potato masher, we turn the empty cereal bag inside out. We then use it as a "glove," sticking a hand inside and manually "flattening" the treat in the pan.
Next time you make rice crispy treats use fruity pebbles instead. Instead of cooking your marshmallows on the stove put them in a bowl with your butter and melt them in your microwave for two minutes and thirty seconds.
I've made crispy style treats before. I usually butter the back of a spoon and use it to smooth the mixture out in the pan
That's a great idea!

Love that idea!
I make my rice crispy treats with peanut butter and honey. It’s the way my mom made them. There’s a little more to the recipe, but well worth it.
Yum! I’m going to have to try that!
This looks delish!!!😋😋😋😋
How about adding Dried Cranberries?
Sounds great!
@KaileesKitchen Thank you!!
Good idea but I would still add a scoop of peanut butter.
Yum! Have I tried that before?
That was kind of a weird cut. But it all winds up the same I suppose ❤
Exactly!
