This is a great tutorial. Thanks for taking the time to put it all together. Video looks easy, but it’s a lot of work to shoot and edit. Thanks again for the considerable effort you clearly put into this video.

Good idea welding the two halves together rather than forge welding. I tend to do that when making tongs. Will give that a try next time I make pokers. 👍

Amazing tried to makes one just from pictures. Had 3 or 4 attempts now. Going to try this next and hopefully able to change it slightly. But that looked so easy and non complex

Lovely video, great editing and flow, awesome dragon! If I may give a humble suggestion, lately I've been doing my dragon head pupils with a straight chisel, this achieves a very reptilian look and is easy to get straight. Just a thought & only if it suits your style. Keep it up!

I been trying to do it by forge welding it, but it is hard to get a weld heat on a wood fired forge, without getting scales
Thanks a lot for the idea mate. New sub!

Great job! I’ve just tried to use your methods with some 12mm square section, think it was overkill and became rather hard to do! What size stock are you starting with here? Cheers 👍🏼

Very good work! I must ask. How to you get so many uploads out in such little time? I take a full month to upload a single video. Lots of prep as I only have about 30 mins of free time a day.

Thank you! At the moment I’m trying to do a video every 3 days, so I’ll film over the weekend and edit whenever I get the time throughout the week. It’s effort but I like to do it as in the videos I get to make lots of different things! Hope this helps.

@@oscarduck1920 yeah. I may actually start my own Etsy shop. My hours in the forge has decreased. So that's an option while I wait for all this to blow over. The Etsy may provide me with extra time. As it will be all my time. I can make video on those pieces.
