This could be more effective if you would slow it down quite a bit to allow the affirmations to sink in the brain and soul! Try at least 5 seconds per affirmation.....better yet, repeat each affirmation 2 - 3 times :) .Thanks for making the video

Hi there.. jade! I actually do not use headphones either I find it extremely uncomfortable as well.. You can just put your phone right next to your bed like I do as long as you can hear it dosent need to be very very loud your subconscious mind will pick it up hope this helps ☺

Hey Deeana, does these affirmations work if you use loudspeaker while sleeping headsets slip out of my ears when sleeping.
