The fact that Gabe had so many videos stacked up ahead of time is a testament to his work ethic. It seems like few channels have a content backlog this deep. He's going to be tough to replace, if you even try.
Eh I think it really depends on the type of videos. Ltt for example, much larger operation I know, but they have weeks of content that hasn't been released. Or channels that do "top 10" type videos will have a massive content log. Channels that do long form game or movie reviews that take months to make, do not. Any successful shorter form youtube channel that has consistent uploads will have content logs, that's how they're successful. It's not something unique to gabe or this channel.
Thats why we love Gabe ❤️

I once asked a Legend what the industry is, he replied " skateboarding is peaks and falls,more failure than success, its routine, its easy to burnout, you have to find a refresh every now and then. The ghost of Gabe Cruz… Last solid cornerstone of Braille. No shade on everyone still there, as I love them all but Gabe has been under appreciated for his entire career by the viewers and now that he’s gone from the videos(kinda), I think we all are just wondering if this is the beginning of the end of the Braille videos. I don’t think anyone who has been watching Braille for any amount of time is wishing for their downfall, just praying with this change comes positive things and maybe even more changes. Like more street skating or a more consistent “teaching Derrick…xyz trick,” and maybe bringing in another fresh skateboarder to go through the learning process with him. I don’t know just throwing stuff in the air. If anyone bothered reading this, dope. If not, just another comment lost in the endless internet void 😅 if anyone from Braille reads this I’d love to hear your thoughts on the future of Braille
