Graphics peaked in 2015. I legitimately don't see any improvement since. Just bloated download sizes. FFVII: Rebirth somehow only looks at good as MGSV did all that time ago.

Battlefront was designed to look and feel like the Original Trilogy movies and it was great at that. Unfortunately, it ONLY was the Original Trilogy and didn’t even have enough content in the base game to justify $60.

The guy who did the voice of chad vader Matt Sloan actually has done the voice of darth Vader in official Star Wars content. I forget what all he’s done but he did death Vader in the force unleashed games for sure.
the maps, the music, the graphics, the gameplay and most important thing in a videogame, this game is so fun, playing with friends the offline modes , true gold days, i love this game
The multiplayer for this game is still pretty active on playstation, especially the 6 paper games modes like cargo and you can occasionally find walker assault matches
I still play it and I was there for the E3 reveal. It looks better visually then BF2 in some ways and the level design was better overall. Made so many friends

Went through the wampa cave as vader on hoth. Got toward the exit and a single guy came through and just stopped and stared at me. I ignited my saber and force choked him. Core memory unlocked haha. Used to always put on some music and play this game in my barracks room.
What you should do, is by an old decommissioned WW2 machine gun and remove the clip. That's how they got a lot of props for star wars in the first place. The E-11 is modded Sterling L2A3 submachine gun, at least if the internet is to be believed.

My best friend and I still play it now and again, and we enjoy it FAR more than Battlefront 2. It's just more arcade-y and fun. Drop Zone is the greatest game mode of all time.
2015 was such a good year for my favorite games. Fallout 4, Dying Light, Witcher 3 and so much more. This battlefront game is among them, though I can't lie, it is rather forgettable compared to the other big titles.
We were too distracted by all the loud, flashy lasers to realize what DICE was becoming. DICE was supposed to destroy it's FPS competitors, not become them!
This game was honestly kind of its own thing. It had very few similarities to the games before it and it never got close to returning to that formula like its sequel almost did. It was a lot of fun, though. I sunk a lot of time into it and despite a good list of frustrations I did have, nothing can take away from how immersive this game was. Even now, if I hop into a match, I feel as though I can SMELL the locations you’re fighting in. No other Star Wars game has made me feel like I’m not just in the movies, but the places they were filmed. Breathtaking.
My dad and I play the offline stuff on this game all the time. All stars on every survival mission. And yeah, Shadow Troopers (and rocket launcher troopers) are the bane of anyone’s existence in this game.
I remember getting battlefront 2015 for my 15 birthday the Xbox one I actually played every single map including the battle of jakku map my eject for that summer was to unlock that shadow trooper it took a long time
I felt that "until I came to my senses and didn't buy it" in my soul. I have an expensive fountain pen on the way to my house and I don't know why. I also have all of the worlds smallest Magic The Gathering card decks.......in double because I am not a heathen so I had to have one to play games with........once.
I have this on Xbox One. As of two years ago, which is when I was active on it the servers usually filled up pretty quickly in the evening/nigh hours. I didn't have to wait more than a few minutes unless I was trying to play at some weird time like 8 AM or something.
I heard mixed things about this one when it came out, it’s kinda crazy that they didn’t have a resistance vs fo mode given that it came out like a month before the force awakens
I got this game for Christmas in 2015 when I was 13, after my mother had passed away just two days before on the 23rd. I distinctly remember the joy this game brought me; waking up every morning and playing it with my friends for hours. I’ll always be grateful for the distraction that it provided during such a difficult time in my life, and I actually have some happy memories of that Christmas to look back on now as a result.
I was around the same age as you when I got it. Even to this day I remember it fondly as one of my favorite gifts I've ever received. I had bad internet and just played the mini game it included during download for hours on end and was having a blast.
When I bought my PS4 the only game I bought was this, and I didn’t know have a ps plus subscription yet so I played the single player for three weeks straight. Ngl I had a blast with it. The online mode was amazing but single player was pretty fun also
It was a blast, but it was extremely broken. Me and a friend would do bacta grenade and bodyguard perks for healing and damage reduction and dominate every match. I'm talking 40, 50, sometimes 60+ kills, with less than 5 five deaths. Sometimes 0 deaths
They do and gameplay is more important sometimes. Otherwise the game would be broken with people just constantly firing full auto blasters (also it's more of an overheat thing and not a reload)
My favorite gun in the game is the dlc rouge one pistol. It replaces your star card thingies with modular components comando style. You can turn the pistol into a grenade launcher, machine gun, sniper, or pistol on the fly Very useful on the ice hoth caves level as there are TIE fighter rounds that are hard to hit without a sniper but i love playing with pistol
for anyone wonder, in Consoles (XBOX AND PLAY STATION) the game is still alive, and pretty alive, you can set your region to US EAST in game settings and you can find matches in any game mode, 40 players, 12 players and DLC, on PC is a bit inactive but you can set your region to EUROPE and find heroes vs villains, outer rim and 12 players modes all days and DLCs & 40 players modes on weekends
Graflex makes the best movie accurate lightsabers. Ironically they also sell the handles with the original flashgun internals for film photographers like myself

The objectively best Lightsaber color is purple because of the vibes. Though my favorite lightsaber is the training one.
If you played Battlefront 2 back in the day, this battlefront was a mockery of what came before.
Luke/Obi wans lightsaber to me, is perfection. The taper, the grip; it looks like a well balanced lightsaber.
