Wow, I figured Asheville would have been pretty much completely cleaned up from the recent weather disaster. Sending positive vibes to all the Ashevillians! I have a copy of Soft Machine 3 that is the worst cover in my collection; I haven't even listed it in my discogs. But I keep it because the records sound ok. But I'd like to upgrade it. Wow, you have lots of Soft Machine - I only have 3 and the first two. Mountain In The Clouds looks awesome too. oh man - Long Misty Days is one of my Time-Tested Records. I think you forgot to post the Navy photos - I posted a photo of myself in uniform in front of the Berlin Wall a while back. Thanks for listing your Top Twenty for 1982. I don't think I am familiar with any of them except "Beat". Hope you have a great week!
In no particular order: Shoot Out the Lights by Richard and Linda Thompson Tug of War by Paul McCartney Eye in the Sky by Alan Parsons Project Daylight Again by CSN The Dreaming by Kate Bush Security by Peter Gabriel Nebraska by Bruce Springsteen Wild Things Run Fast by Joni Mitchell Mirage by Fleetwood Mac Big Science by Laurie Anderson
Well Art I did have Thomas Dolby in 82, after that, not so much lol. At least we would not be fighting for the same records I really liked that UK Dolby album. Very cool.
