I restored one in similar condition during covid. Got all my parts from ESM (East Sussex Minors) who were excellent throughout the 2 yrs project. Using it now and completed a few long runs including the Gordon Bennett Annual Rally. Good luck with your work. They are a pleasure to work on.
@billymaher4211 I have probably seen you on the runs I do visit the stop off places to admire the cars. Esm are great with there parts I've also used Charles ware and bull motif in the past. Hardest part with restoring them now is brexit tax
