Good afternoon dear Kripal - Tine to savour some sweets from Basha Halwawala . I have heard that their Dum Ka Roat is a specialty 👍 So happy that you made a vlog at this Century year old sweet shop 👍👍 Wow finally you get the Dum Ka Roat 👌 Great review & narrative after trying a couple of bites of DKR 👌 Looks like the Lambi Gulab Jamun ( less sweet ) is good and that’s what I also like 🤤 Next in line is the sweet Gajar Halwa followed by Ande Ki Mitai . Who they are 5 generations old 👌 Good interaction with owner and looks like they have customers around the world 🌍. I agree knowing the history is always good . Ande ki Mittai seems to be akin to the Busboosa in terms of taste 🤤 Glad you relished the sweets that you tried 👍 Thoroughly enjoyed this short and sweet vlog . Yet to have lunch and this has already got me drooling 🤤. Too good dear Kripal 👍 Thanks so much for this vlog . Take care , stay healthy & God bless 😇 Have a wonderful day ahead. Loads of love & respect 🤗🤗🤗❤️❤️❤️

Wow, a Kripal Amanna video that's under 10 minutes, has been edited properly, and doesn't have him rambling? This is a truly historic moment. Maybe he learnt something from Mark Weins!

Haha! this was shot well before my Mark Wiens series. Btw, both of us enjoy shooting long form videos. Getting back to this video, it was shot as a close the Yaa Mohaideen biryani outing ( ua-cam.com/video/NnzYvxGZGMY/v-deo.htmlsi=2uXxoUArY7kFieay ), but after visiting we felt Basha Halwawala deserved a solo episode of its own. Cheers!

The ande ki mithai seems common among Muslim bakers. Each has their own recipe and It is true that you don't get the flavor of egg in the dish.

Sweets have to be an occasional treat, they maybe included in 3-4 meals a month. Moderation is key.
