Glad that Xilonen doesn't powercrept anyone it only adds more better team option for main dps, like for my ayato he can finally use finale of the deep clearling bond of life very fast it's his best f2p weapon ryt now plus pair with yunjin adds geo resonate for more elemantal dmg bonus, can't wait for her release
xilonen is probably going to be one of the most worthy pulls in natlan for players looking to increase their roster for imaginarium theater since she’s playable with so many teams. mauviuka as well i’m sure
The problem with double swirl cryo and pyro in wriothesley teams is that you either lose out on bennet uptime or kazuha uptime. Not a lot of people are aware kazuha’s A4 only lasts 8 seconds.
hello fellow Noelle mains who also pulls for xilonen . back then, noell furina + other hydro is kinda mid because they lack res shred and buffs for both ele, now xilonen will make that team cracked
I think the QoL bits that people tend to overlook do go both ways, though. People tend to overlook things like Kazuha swirling different shields together to break them. That his burst can be infused so he can help generate reactions doesn't get mentioned. They tend to overlook that having Bennett on a team, and he goes on a lot of teams, means Xil is reduced to resist debuffing and the DMG, both of which Kaz does, plus he groups and buffs EM. And people tend to overlook that the cases where Kaz has issues swirling two elements are also the cases where Xil will have issues crystalizing two elements... she'll get the resist debuffs no prob, but have issues with the DMG from the artifact set, especially due to her lack of off-field damage over time. Of course, there are QoL things that favor her as well, like the ones you've mentioned, and that she'll be less rotation dependent than Kaz is, because her geo "neutrality" means she won't mess up reactions that much (a factor in why Zhongli can go into so many teams). But yeah, nice to see someone who sees her as better in some cases, worse in others, and just all around solid, rather than hyping her up as a perfect, flawless character that makes Kaz completely outdated.

I think the thing that really set Xilonen apart from buffers/debuffers is her ability to be pair with the best SP in the Game (Kazuha). In certain teams, Sucrose provides a somewhat similar buff compares to Kazuha but they don’t work well with each other, so they can only be on each half of the abyss. Xilonen, however is the Geo Kazuha’s level of buff, and can complement him on many other strong team (Neuvillete, Arlechino, Mualani).❤

I'm glad they changed it. But yeah, agree with sudiptaday7875, that they changed it for Navia. Not just because of her signature, but for those of us that have that and her C2. I sit at about 98% CR on her elemental skill, so Xil's C2 would be almost completely wasted for my Navia. And sure, if I went back and farmed Waterfall a ton more looking for pieces with no crit rate, well, even then, I'd likely wind up over 100% CR for her skill. Also handy for those that run their geo DPS with Furina, as they can use Hunter's. Sadly, though, it is hindered by all the DMG geo gets easy access to DMG. Like my Ning uses Verity, which adds 48% DMG to her elemental skill and 12% to everything else, plus she has her wall for 12%, and then there's the Waterfall set for more, plus geo resonance adds 20%... So all of that tends to mean geos get less benefit in terms of an overall damage increase percentage than other elements would get in the same situation.
Her being a second kazuha is nice in of itself, but i will say finally having a generalistic support for geo that isnt just hypercarry-focused like gorou is a breath of fresh air, cant wait to finally dust off my itto
Xilonen C2 is goldfish/dolphin bait and I'm so baited by it. 45% HP for Neuv and Furina seems sooooo gooooddd. There's hardly any character that buffs HP % in the game (e.g. Yelan C4)
i like that she's meant to be played with other elements because i feel like geo doesn't resonate well with others & why it's one of the least used elements
Can't wait to get her (I had a blessing to get Ke Qing 2 pulls after Kinich). I love geo characters with all my heart and expect her personality to be as such outstanding as other geo characters.
She both buffer and healer in 1 body. If you bad - you need to run kazuha+healer, now it's just one slot and you can use like 20 different characters in last slot. I'm tired of same teams for years, it's fresh air and if they finally give us fire twink replacement - i will be happy.
What would you say for xilonen on these teams? 1) Arlecchino, Yelan, Bennett, xilonen 2) Wrio, Shenhe, Yelan/xiangling, xilonen 3) Miko, bennet, Sara, xilonen I really want her, and want to use her, but I often use teams with a lot of reactions, or teams that require CC with Kazuha. So I want her badly, but I don’t often use teams that would require her. I think she could do amazing replacing Zhongli on Arlecchino’s team, but Arlecchino doesn’t heal in combat sadly
Xinlonen doesn't pass Kazuha She's a side grade, she does healing whilst Kazuha doesn't grouping two sides of the same coin actually they work really well together, this is the xingqou and yelan debate all over
for me, main problem is that xilonen is coming before pyro archon which i have saved pulls. So, rn not knowing pyro archon kit and before that getting a good support which also can use the scroll set is making my decision very difficult lol
Why is no one talking about Song of days past on Xilonen if you have another scroll user in the team? She can max out Song of days past and give a lot of team damage that way.
Why no body's pointing out or going in depts how to best utilize how the Natlan hero artific set? In order to get the full buff u have to be in nightsoul state right, but no body's pointing that out w/c is weird :/ cuz people emphasize she's better or more convenient than kazuha cuz Kazuha needs to swirl first but as a matter of fact Xilonen needs to trigger crystalized herself as well while on nightsoul state in order for her to activate the full buff, w/c she cannot do off field (unlike Kachina)... I'm saying this cuz I'm too lazy to test it myself when she comes up, basically just wanted to ask is if does her skill activation that triggers crystalized counts as "already" in nightsoul state to activate Hero set full buff? or does it need to be the ff infused normal atks to trigger the crystalize (w/c is 100% she's on nightsoul state already) to activate Hero set full buff? cuz if the later that would be clunky cuz the skill's instance might already remove the element u want to crystalize :/ I'm pretty sure someone can word this much better than me so I'm sorry I'm illiterate 😅

don't quote me on this, but I think you can use her burst DURING her E for 1st or 2nd crystal E2NA won't get you second crystal afaik since it will enter icd during her first kick let just hope press E is already considered in Nightsoul state
@@sv8729 actually just 2 normal atks is enough, what I'm asking is if the initial skill hit counts as already in nightsoul state(for the full buff) cuz most likely the initial skill hit would trigger the crystalize and might remove the element u want to crystalize and thus might not get the full Hero set buff if the initial skill hit does not count as "already" in nightsoul state, sorry I'm not good at wording this simplier 😅
Xilonen er req seems pretty low. Do you think 118 er is enough for hybrid xilonen in a xilonen, yelan, furina and kazuha team? Considerations: - Xilonen will be on field - Xilonen is using the support natlan sets that gives energy - Kazuha is holding r1 xiphos at 1k em (+10 er to the whole team) - Yelan does 2 skills per rotation (C1+)
in a team meeting then element requirements, I don't see the value in making her a hybrid "sub-dps". she will only skill -> 2 normal attacks -> and burst, so she won't be hitting a lot on the first place. IMO just a lot simpler to just put on her full support, and you don't have to worry about min maxing ER
@@nikyu.106 onfield xilonen team building needs the opposite of normal. you CAN'T have 2 or more pyro, hydro, cryo, or electro characters on the team because otherwise, she ends her enhanced state after 2 normal attacks. so you have to go a more mono-geo route. and in those teams, you can afford low ER on xilonen because more geo particles are produced

Does having 2 hydro characters on the same team with an anemo (which doesn’t effect on xilonen's samplers) reduce the buff rather than having 3 different types of elements? Can you explain Nuv, furina, kazuha and xilonen team? How does she give full samplers stacks?
Neuv - Furina - Kazuha - Xilonen has two hydro characters, which meets Xilonen's requirements of having at least 2 Pyro, Hydro, Electro, or Cryo teammates. XIlonen has 3 samplers. WIth two hydro, two samplers become hydro and the third remains geo. Thus, when Xilonen Skill -> two normal attacks to activate her buff, she will give the team hydro and geo res shred to nearby enemies. The sampler res shred doesn't stack tho, so you don't get double the hydro res shred.
Nahida is really only a great pull if you're interested in playing the dendro teams. But if you're not interested in them (i.e. hyperbloom, bloom), then XIlo should be more helpful in team building
QUESTION TEACHER: I am looking to improve my navia team (on 50/50) and I like both Chiori and Xilonen could you give an answer as to who will overall provide the best support? Because chiori can generate more crystalize reaction butttttt xilonen provides longer buffs.
I think Chiori is a bit like Yae... only worth it if you vertically invest. For Navia, C0 is pretty meh, because no construct. Heck, I believe our newest geo four star outdoes C0 Chiori, thanks to the Natlan artifact set. C1 is still not that great. C2 you get a few more big hits in, and that's the point at which I think she's finally solid. And by C4, she's pretty darn brutal. So yeah, I'd recommend Xil over Chiori as well, except maybe if you really want to run a Zhongli + Chiori duo in various teams.

no problem! raw damage wise, that range sounds correct. however it doesn't take into account the fav energy particles. and for some teams, they may rely on that energy to get enough energy for the rotation
In my opinion, the craftable is way better than favonius, unless you can't hit ER requirement, then favonius is the way to go, but you're losing on def.
The def doesn't really that much, though, most likely. You will likely get enough healing out of her even with a Fav, and her damage not stellar. So Fav, for the energy it provides the team as a whole, is the better support options. Especially if, due to being a geo, you wind up pushing a solid particle generator for your carry out of the team.
Alrighty, time to ask the same question I always ask when a new Geo character comes out: Do they work well with ITTO?? "Xilonen Needs 2/4 party members to NOT be Geo..." .....Dammit.
mualani is another main dps so she can't be used, chevreuse can only be played with just pyro and electro characters. Xilonen - Yelan - Furina - Xilonen will likely be a very strong team option. If you don't have Furina, you can run Xingqiu
I think they don’t talk about it because some limited time weapons are not available in the test servers, just like no one talks about Festering Desire because new Genshin players would probably resent the game and stop playing due to it being before their time. I’m very interested in Cinnabar Spindle’s performance as well. I never got Albedo and would like to see it used by someone who can benefit from it.

can technically be skipped, but getting another Kazuha alternative that heals is a nice option for expanded team building. value really depends on who else you have on your account

Im saving for mavuika consts on main with kazuha c2, zhongli etc. And pulling her on acc without kazuha. But I dont play neuvi on main, would probly consider her for his bis team.

Pulling for Xilonen mainly to free up Kachina so I can make her full on field DPS. The question is who is better in the Kachina team? Gorou or Xilonen. I am running Kachina, Bennett, Xiangling and Navia right now and I am doing 350k+ damage on the regular with that team. I could just replace Kachina with Furina but I find Bennett can't really build fanfare effectively, so I do less damage with that team.
if you want to play Kachina on-field, probably makes sense to pair Xilonen with Navia and play something similar to mono-Geo for Kachina. it might be difficult to find two pyro, hydro, electro, or cryo units that pair well with Kachina + XIlonen in a team (can't think of anything atm). in contrast, something like Kachina - Gorou - Chiori makes sense for mono-geo

both of the teams you mentioned will activate XIlonen's res shred from skill. you just need at least two characters on the team that are pyro, hydro, electro, or cryo. they could be the same or different, just need at least 2
Get Fav imo. Unpopular opinion but this dang craftable sword is slightly overrated on her. The reason why xilonen wants defense is for signature wep stacks(which you aren't getting) and her healing that scales off of defense. The craftable is just giving you more healing vice fav giving you smoother rotations via team wide energy which also means er requirements for you team is lowered meaning you can focus more on offensive stats for them If you're sub stats give you enough crit for fav then HB should be the go to otherwise you will probably want to swap to a crit rate circlet. I'd argue having at least 50 crit rate should be fine due to the fact that you have 4 chances to proc fav in her rotation(ult skill and 2 normal attacks)so that "50%" chance is alot higher in theory
Eh, the only ones that matter are the new Natlan ones. And you probably didn't toss too many of those, and even if you did, most weren't worth using anyway, because artifact RNG.
make sure you have two pyro, hydro, cryo, and electro units on the team. can be the same or different elements. then, on xilonen, press skill, 2 normal attacks, and that should fill her bar up then completely deplete it. and that point, her samplers should be activated
Will she still be good at C0? The only C1 5* i have and actually went for is Neuvillette, who i got twice in 40 wishes. Largely a F2P who gets those i enjoy, though.
yes, she will be totally sufficient at C0, especially if u dont have Kazuha. He C2 isnt very strong, especially if u already have an HP scaling weapon on Nuvi. Her C1 is absolutely useless since u already have Nuvi C1 (and her C1 is actually much weaker than Nuvis interuption resistance) TLDR: C0 is a very fine character
Yeah she lowers the resistence for 15 seconds on level 10 on her elemental skill. so she's very nice with neuvillette or alercchino or hu tao or any dps of the 4 elements that she can support and she's rly cheap to build
Should I pull for Xilonen or save up for mauvika? I can clear abyss 12 stars & 10 star theatre but I’m not sure if mauvikas gonna be a on field dps or off field pyro applicator since that would go well with my Kinich
if you want to improve your Kinich, Mavuika may help him and Xilonen definitely won't. both will likely be good pulls tho, just aim for whichever fits your goals more
there are two pyro characters, so res shred triggers. she has 3 source samplers. with 2 pyro, whe'll have 2 pyro and 1 geo source sampler, so they gives geo and pyro res shred
I will resist all temptations and wait for pyro Archon. I used my primos last time and I missed furina and rage quit the game for 3 months, won't happen again.

So far I'm liking Natlan's power levels. None of the 3 characters so far are "must pulls", but they are still strong.

Capturing Radiance has really low chance of triggering at the first 50/50 loss. Higher chances at the second and guaranteed at the 3rd 50/50 loss

The healing is insane and heals the party in coop, also she is hard as hell, doesn't need a shield. 10k heals per tick and the ticks are fast.

I really want her, and want to use her, but I often use teams with a lot of reactions, or teams that require CC with Kazuha. So I want her badly, but I don’t often use teams that would require her. I think she could do amazing replacing Zhongli on Arlecchino’s team, but Arlecchino doesn’t heal in combat sadly
Xinlonen doesn't pass Kazuha She's a side grade, she does healing whilst Kazuha doesn't grouping two sides of the same coin actually they work really well together, this is the xingqou and yelan debate all over
Much like Xingqui and yelan though it's good to have both. I can't count how many times I wanted another kazuha for second side

for me, main problem is that xilonen is coming before pyro archon which i have saved pulls. So, rn not knowing pyro archon kit and before that getting a good support which also can use the scroll set is making my decision very difficult lol

Why no body's pointing out or going in depts how to best utilize how the Natlan hero artific set? In order to get the full buff u have to be in nightsoul state right, but no body's pointing that out w/c is weird :/ cuz people emphasize she's better or more convenient than kazuha cuz Kazuha needs to swirl first but as a matter of fact Xilonen needs to trigger crystalized herself as well while on nightsoul state in order for her to activate the full buff, w/c she cannot do off field (unlike Kachina)... I'm saying this cuz I'm too lazy to test it myself when she comes up, basically just wanted to ask is if does her skill activation that triggers crystalized counts as "already" in nightsoul state to activate Hero set full buff? or does it need to be the ff infused normal atks to trigger the crystalize (w/c is 100% she's on nightsoul state already) to activate Hero set full buff? cuz if the later that would be clunky cuz the skill's instance might already remove the element u want to crystalize :/ I'm pretty sure someone can word this much better than me so I'm sorry I'm illiterate 😅
Simple, you have to do 3 normal attacks to activate her elemental samplers. So you'll be activating her artifact buffs just by playing her normally.

Do you think 118 er is enough for hybrid xilonen in a xilonen, yelan, furina and kazuha team?
Considerations:
- Xilonen will be on field
- Xilonen is using the support natlan sets that gives energy
- Kazuha is holding r1 xiphos at 1k em (+10 er to the whole team)
- Yelan does 2 skills per rotation (C1+)
in a team meeting then element requirements, I don't see the value in making her a hybrid "sub-dps". she will only skill -> 2 normal attacks -> and burst, so she won't be hitting a lot on the first place. IMO just a lot simpler to just put on her full support, and you don't have to worry about min maxing ER

@@nikyu.106 onfield xilonen team building needs the opposite of normal. you CAN'T have 2 or more pyro, hydro, cryo, or electro characters on the team because otherwise, she ends her enhanced state after 2 normal attacks. so you have to go a more mono-geo route. and in those teams, you can afford low ER on xilonen because more geo particles are produced

Neuv - Furina - Kazuha - Xilonen has two hydro characters, which meets Xilonen's requirements of having at least 2 Pyro, Hydro, Electro, or Cryo teammates. XIlonen has 3 samplers. WIth two hydro, two samplers become hydro and the third remains geo. Thus, when Xilonen Skill -> two normal attacks to activate her buff, she will give the team hydro and geo res shred to nearby enemies. The sampler res shred doesn't stack tho, so you don't get double the hydro res shred.

Nahida is really only a great pull if you're interested in playing the dendro teams. But if you're not interested in them (i.e. hyperbloom, bloom), then XIlo should be more helpful in team building

Xilonen should be better assuming Chiori C0. Also, Xilonen will be better for other characters
I think Chiori is a bit like Yae... only worth it if you vertically invest. For Navia, C0 is pretty meh, because no construct. Heck, I believe our newest geo four star outdoes C0 Chiori, thanks to the Natlan artifact set. C1 is still not that great. C2 you get a few more big hits in, and that's the point at which I think she's finally solid. And by C4, she's pretty darn brutal.
So yeah, I'd recommend Xil over Chiori as well, except maybe if you really want to run a Zhongli + Chiori duo in various teams.

no problem! raw damage wise, that range sounds correct. however it doesn't take into account the fav energy particles. and for some teams, they may rely on that energy to get enough energy for the rotation

In my opinion, the craftable is way better than favonius, unless you can't hit ER requirement, then favonius is the way to go, but you're losing on def.
The def doesn't really that much, though, most likely. You will likely get enough healing out of her even with a Fav, and her damage not stellar. So Fav, for the energy it provides the team as a whole, is the better support options. Especially if, due to being a geo, you wind up pushing a solid particle generator for your carry out of the team.
Alrighty, time to ask the same question I always ask when a new Geo character comes out:

mualani is another main dps so she can't be used, chevreuse can only be played with just pyro and electro characters. Xilonen - Yelan - Furina - Xilonen will likely be a very strong team option. If you don't have Furina, you can run Xingqiu
What about Cinnabar Spindle for her weapon? This weapon has been sitting in my inventory since it's release which was 2.3.
I think they don’t talk about it because some limited time weapons are not available in the test servers, just like no one talks about Festering Desire because new Genshin players would probably resent the game and stop playing due to it being before their time.
I’m very interested in Cinnabar Spindle’s performance as well. I never got Albedo and would like to see it used by someone who can benefit from it.

Yes you can swap out Xiangling for Furina, Benny boy is a must. Xilonen and Bennett are enough to stack Furina's Fan fare.

Pulling for Xilonen mainly to free up Kachina so I can make her full on field DPS.
The question is who is better in the Kachina team? Gorou or Xilonen.
I am running Kachina, Bennett, Xiangling and Navia right now and I am doing 350k+ damage on the regular with that team. I could just replace Kachina with Furina but I find Bennett can't really build fanfare effectively, so I do less damage with that team.
if you want to play Kachina on-field, probably makes sense to pair Xilonen with Navia and play something similar to mono-Geo for Kachina. it might be difficult to find two pyro, hydro, electro, or cryo units that pair well with Kachina + XIlonen in a team (can't think of anything atm). in contrast, something like Kachina - Gorou - Chiori makes sense for mono-geo

both of the teams you mentioned will activate XIlonen's res shred from skill. you just need at least two characters on the team that are pyro, hydro, electro, or cryo. they could be the same or different, just need at least 2

Get Fav imo. Unpopular opinion but this dang craftable sword is slightly overrated on her. The reason why xilonen wants defense is for signature wep stacks(which you aren't getting) and her healing that scales off of defense. The craftable is just giving you more healing vice fav giving you smoother rotations via team wide energy which also means er requirements for you team is lowered meaning you can focus more on offensive stats for them
If you're sub stats give you enough crit for fav then HB should be the go to otherwise you will probably want to swap to a crit rate circlet. I'd argue having at least 50 crit rate should be fine due to the fact that you have 4 chances to proc fav in her rotation(ult skill and 2 normal attacks)so that "50%" chance is alot higher in theory

make sure you have two pyro, hydro, cryo, and electro units on the team. can be the same or different elements. then, on xilonen, press skill, 2 normal attacks, and that should fill her bar up then completely deplete it. and that point, her samplers should be activated

The only C1 5* i have and actually went for is Neuvillette, who i got twice in 40 wishes. Largely a F2P who gets those i enjoy, though.
yes, she will be totally sufficient at C0, especially if u dont have Kazuha. He C2 isnt very strong, especially if u already have an HP scaling weapon on Nuvi. Her C1 is absolutely useless since u already have Nuvi C1 (and her C1 is actually much weaker than Nuvis interuption resistance)
TLDR: C0 is a very fine character

Yeah she lowers the resistence for 15 seconds on level 10 on her elemental skill. so she's very nice with neuvillette or alercchino or hu tao or any dps of the 4 elements that she can support and she's rly cheap to build

if you want to improve your Kinich, Mavuika may help him and Xilonen definitely won't. both will likely be good pulls tho, just aim for whichever fits your goals more

there are two pyro characters, so res shred triggers. she has 3 source samplers. with 2 pyro, whe'll have 2 pyro and 1 geo source sampler, so they gives geo and pyro res shred
