Nahal Rahman-Etek night camp to Nahal Mangan night camp. 11.9 miles hiked today finishing with an unforgettable camp spot with an awesome sunset 😊
Me and Di are hiking the Israel National Trail, a 1015km trail that goes straight through the heart of Israel. We are wild camping where we can and we’re heading south to north.
This is a daily Vlog series of our hiking adventure and I’m editing and uploading on the trail as I go along. I only have basic equipment (my phone) so apologies if the audio isn’t great in places. I’m just working with what I have.

I was also disappointed that the bottle was empty 😂 thank you for your kind words and my 5000 mile goal is going to be a tough one, but I’m going to have fun trying anyway 😊
It is so interesting to see all the desert mountains from a personal perspective. They have their own beauty.

How long will those talkies last in this terrain?
My trail shoes normally last for about 800 to 1000 miles, but it depends on terrain. Concrete and road walking wears them out alot quicker. The Israel trail is rocky and sandy and is about 630 miles so these shoes should last me to the end and a bit more. Thank you for the great question 👍🏼
