Also making a right hand turn into the nearside lane (Left) of a dual carriageway instead of the right hand lane is a fail. Reason. If someone comes through a red light IE: Brake failure, you are straddling both lanes and they have no escape route to avoid colliding with your vehicle.

if I am your assessor I would fail you... you were not performing shoulder checks. when you reverse for parking you did not perform 360 checks...
