    Usually, when you buy the chickpeas or other legumes already cooked, they already have salt in them, so many vedes leaves a little unwanted taste for our sweet preparations.
    So today I will tell you step by step the secrets of this magic water that is already spoken about all over the world, to make from meringue, to tortillas, and other preparations.

    Ingredients:
    220 gr. Chickpeas (1 cup)
    1.2 litres Water
    200 g Sugar (1 cup)
    Steps:
    - Soak the chickpeas in plenty of water overnight (12 hours minimum)
    - Throw that water away and heat 1.2 liters of water and add the chickpeas
    - Cook for 40 minutes
    - Leave it in the fridge all night long, well covered.
    - Strain out the cold liquid and assemble or beat it afterwards
    - Add the sugar little by little.
