Sid was going to glam rock parties and a huge fan of Bowie back when he was 15. He wasn't totally punk then.
Stiv Bators was the most talented of this group. Its a shame he was ignored in this show.

I hadn’t seen this in years and I’m cracking up. I miss this kind of humor - and you can’t help thinking it’s really too bad Sid and Nancy didn’t live. Nancy gets a terrible rap in all the books and while a lot of it is surely true if she had been allowed to stay alive she would’ve been so good to hear from all these years later. Cynthia today is so interesting. She said Stiv was practically blind without the glasses.

Im so madly inlove with Sid Vicious the first time i saw him! I can see he was really a clever boy but just influenced by the demon heroine! I can see him a good person inside but just being defensive because people always humiliate him... Such innocent souls, victims of drugs & humiliations... What a loss... I feel really sad for their lives... But the entire show was really funny tho...

I can't believe this only has 194 views. Really awesome seeing this (and better yet was the Ramones). Did you have any idea the history both of these bands would make at the time? The callers, at the very least, seemed oblivious (as did the band members, sadly).
I do wish you let some of the more critical callers talk longer. But I'm guessing you made a deal with the guests that you would hang up on negative callers.
