What we see here is Milli Vanilli appeared in a Norwegian TV show called "TopPop" in October 1988 on NRK and also Fab has been at a visit to a hospital and operate his foot.
The one and only time Milli Vanilli visited Norway.

What Frank did was criminal, but the harsh truth is that Fab and Rob really couldnt sing. They barely spoke good english.

Eram somente artistas contratados pra encenar, e eles sabiam cantar sim, só que o seu produtor quem teve a idéia ridícula de não cantarem. I saw that lmao. In another short interview they did after the scandal, Rob kissed the interviewer on the cheek and she expected Fab to do the same she leaned it. It made me laugh

You do need to realize everyone lip synced on these programmes. That was how it was done during this time.
