Bortell's Fisheries, best fish in Michigan! If you get the salmon, rip open the bag asap, it likes to keep cooking. Crispy on the outside and melt in your mouth inside. Going there today, to celebrate our 43rd anniversary. I can't wait 4 hour drive, but worth it. Of, course the whole area is worth it!
