Absolutely love this. Good for you! Something to consider: At those temps even cold water wax won't be super grippy. I've been using this stuff called Gryptalite on my boards. It's permanent and it works in any temp. Not the cheapest, but you'll never have to wax again. (I'm in no way affiliated with the company, I just really like the product). Keep it up!

Just started my Great Lakes Surfing this year. Its all about pushing yourself and having fun.

I have been in Michigan since 2022. I grew up surfing and winter time (wet suit weather) has always been better for surfing. But all of the great lakes I think would be too cold to surf in.

When I try to surf I fall off the board immediately and get sand in my pants.

It would be so fun to come out and watch you. If you post when you’re headed out you might get a fan club and inspire others. Well, maybe not inspire others cause this looks dang cold. 😂

I live in Michigan and we traveled up north to Lake Huron and the lake water is so clean it’s the most purified Great Lake water.
