I was watching another of your videos (Chakra alignment) and fell asleep. I have autoplay on so this one was playing. I woke up (just now) because I felt a vibration/shaking coming from around my phone. (Definitely wasn't my phone) It was strong enough to wake me up. 🤔

I am officially reiki trained. I also have some nei gong and Qi gong training which I think are helpful in moving energy where I want. Honestly in my experience none of it prepares you for what someone’s energetic body needs. That is a lot of intuition and play.
