Carina, sorry for my English and my intrusion: you should try with Kundalini yoga (or another type of yoga or meditation - Kundalini seems to be the most powerful among yoga techniques but you need at least, ANY kind of conscious BREATHING, you can learn that, it is not difficult) and please, AT LEAST one session of family constellation system + transgenerational therapy, which sound too complicated to read but are not at all and can be of HUGE help, not to say CRUCIAL and you do not need years like psychotherapy (which is important but is another thing, those techniques go STRAIGHT to your problems). You do not know it maybe but You need to find the reasons you have those problems because it's not a cruel hazard, they are there for a SPECIFIC reason , like ghosts in a horror movie , they are scaring but they just need to be lovely cared about. And you will heal you and the entire family system. We are all affected by that! it is according to our issues to solve, ancestors issues, karma etc. We inherited traumas from family along with beautiful tools to heal. I got there for the same reasons after a very long journey looking for answers for my problems and I discovered what I know now. That is and would be of great help, you can transmutate your situation in a profound way and not just passively listening to reiki (which is of help ok but you need to know that you are not a victim.... It s not a matter of "oh that happened to me because life is like that". And it's not a matter of enduring and fighting, that takes out your energy and life.
Please, with all my heart, give it yourself a try.
Maybe not today nor tomorrow, but give it a chance. There are really beautiful people who can help you also online and ask for not too much money or little money or no money at all... , those people went through the same as you and me etc. I do not work in that field but wish I discovered that so many years ago! I am just in the same boat as you, as loads of people. To solve our life does not mean fighting against titanium challenges, you just need to go there empowered and being aware of some essential things that caused that chaos, that is the key. that chaos is a big opportunity for cleansing your family system and be FREE, because something is stuck... Do it for you , do it for your children and beloved ones. Do not believe me, look by yourself, try. In any case, we all support you with good wishes, so does reiki, but that would not save your life you will. at some point. and I started with "what the f***" at first, years ago, listening to people taking like me now, ahah. Blessings.

Luckily, I do not see myself as a victim at all. I strive to thrive and not get caught up in the quagmire. I, and my children, will come out of this victorious and be stronger, healthier people. 🙏
