I literally listen to this every single night before I go to sleep, it helps me so very much, especially with cleansing out all of my negative emotions/energy. Since I started listening to this every night, I've been able to get sober and sleep better than I have in months. I also don't feel I need to use alcohol to cover up any of my emotions, I'm able to express them and finally take the step of sobriety. Tip of the Moon, THANK YOU! After I fell asleep so quickly with the first, I came over to check out the other sleepy time reiki videos. I had thought it was a fluke that I fell asleep so quickly, but it's not. This is so amazing! These videos consistently help me fall asleep! I am beyond impressed I have many different reiki masters to help me with sleeping, but none of them help me to sleep as these videos. 🥰
