Fantastic tutorial! The issue I am running into is that I have a main IP and a failover IP. I have both IPs added into Twilio and I have both IPs added as URIs. However, if I am on my failover network I do not receive any calls. Any ideas? I can't seem to find any documentation about this online. Seems odd that nobody who uses Twilio would have a failover network in case their main internet goes down.
Great tutorial! I’m leaning our company towards Unifi Talk with Twilio as a 3rd party SIP provider. This was a perfect demonstration that walks through exactly our use case. One question: our IT service company has stated Unifi software(specifically Talk but they also dislike Unifi Network) isn’t “Enterprise level”. Has that been your experience or is Unifi Talk a good solution for small business under 50 employees? I’m a believer in their system but given Unifi Talk is only a year or so into its reborn lifespan, there isn’t many real world deployments I’ve found touting the system in the flesh for enterprise usage
How to configure Unifi Talk to accept multiple Twillio or External Phone Numbers ported over from telco? We have several small business running out of single location (only a few employees) so phones can be answered by anyone for any of the separate companies.
In all of the documentation for the Talk phones it says that they support multiple lines, however, I can't find a way to assign more than one number to a talk phone. Is there a way to add more than one line to a phone?

How does the billing work for this setup? Do I still need to pay for unify talk or is the billing just twilio now?
