An allergy mom over here. Your doing great 👏 arrow root powder is a clean thickener, and maybe the kids could be fooled with mashed cauliflower, we add lots of refined coconut oil (doesn't have the coconut taste) and nutritional yeast (it has a cheese flavor).
You are so creative with food, I know once you get the tricks down, you'll come up with some delicious recipes!

Exciting that you found bread products for the little ones, make life easier and not have to think so hard ! I froze mashed potatoes for the first time a couple of weeks ago got them out in the morning and microwaved them for dinner and they were great . So I didn’t end up throwing the potatoes away . I don’t know all the things that your daughter can’t have so this may not work for her but I have made gravy with corn starch, more like a thickener broth, and my family likes it. Just an idea for you to try. Thank you for sharing, I love your channel!

You are doing great. It is hard. This is exactly how I do it. I make plain meat pull some out then make a gravy or cream or whatever. Things are simpler fortunately and unfortunately

There are tons of cream of soups out there you could make that you could customize to your limits. I hope you can find it. I know it is so hard to have to deal with different diets and meals.
Tiffany they have gf gravy packets and country gravy packets as well I find mine at Walmart not sure if the kiddos can have that or not with their restrictions but something for you to look into Happy Mother's Day

Does Dolly Parton still do that FREE BOOK program? it’s called Imagination something I think?? I did it for my two oldest, but my oldest is graduating next Sunday - so it’s been a while since that happened 😂. I’m assuming she still does it? That would be another option for FREE books. If you need more ideas, Michelle G gluten free on youtube has a daughter with celiac and one of her kiddos has a dairy intolerance. I've learned a lot from her. My daughter has a dairy and egg allergy so she has even helped me with egg substitutions. I'm gluten and dairy free so her reciepes are good for out house. Lol
