The 380 and Emirates work so well together, no wonder they are so popular. Imagine if the European carriers could offer the same type of service.
The 380 is a fantastic aircraft quiet, spacious and in PE on Emirates just incredible the food service looked excellent.
I was really impressed by the Emirates A380 that took me from Japan to Dubai - as you said, so quiet and a beautiful interior. Unfortunately, on the leg from Dubai to London, they used a somewhat rundown 777. Can't wait for them to put Premium Economy on either of these routes.
😢American airlines are so bad at servicing passengers that I rather take Amtrak cross country and get some actually decent food instead than flying 😢
Who gives a shit what colour the seats and panelling are,it’s about value for money and comfort on the journey that some people are spending hard earned money on for long haul flights.

Can’t wait to try the new Premium Economy on Emirates. I always considered their Economy class to be better than US domestic carriers, and I don’t think I ever had a bad meal with them. I love their A380 Business Class too.
US domestic is dog shit food/service compared to the rest of the world

I hope that in a few years, competition among airlines will be such that Premium Economy becomes the normal Economy. Sardine/cattle economy should not exist except on low-cost airlines.
I just did 17 hrs in Air Canada, which is supposed to be a higher end airline and even as someone 5'11 I was absolutely crushed in the flight
Planes aren’t large enough for that. Emirates can only fly from certain airports for a reason
People will always look for th cheapest option to get somewhere too....Emirates is not cheap. There service is awesome but their premium economy is business class on other flights and their business class price is first class on other flights...their first class is beyond insane 😂
@@o.c.g.m9426 Their prices aren’t bad in economy. You have to think their hub is Dubai, usually if you are using them you are going over to the Middle East or Africa, some parts of Asia. I think they still have a jfk mxp but I’m not sure how popular that is.

Yes it is I travelled six months ago from auckland to Dubai its 19 hour flight and they give 3 meals and 1 snacks which is too much for everyone great service and food

Great video of a fantastic service.
Having taken over 100 flights (a lot of connecting flights…), I can safely say the most important thing on a flight for me is simply: the seat. An uncomfortable seat will ruin the flight no matter how good the food, service or entertainment. I wish flight channels can focus more on the seat, pitch, recline, comfort. But that’s just me I guess.
You are absolutely right. I was on an emirate flight last year July, economy, the seat wouldn’t just keep its recline, it was one of the worst days of my life because it got so uncomfortable
what a huge amount of food. The cream puffs look delish. Also I am surprised how far back the seats recline!

I have flown Business and Premium economy, Premium economy is not worth the extra money, just spend it on a lovely 5 star hotel when you arrive

Best premium economy
My daughter who recently traveled from LA to N Delhi and back by Emirates revealed that food quality has gone down and many items which were served earlier are no more being served.Why Emirates was preferred over other Airlines was its better food quality.If food quality does not improve it will adversely impact the Airlines
A6-EVM, DXB-LHR-DXB-SYD-DXB-LHR...that's her cycle since the reconfiguration, 66 A380s plus 53 B777 to go before fleet reconfiguration is done❤️❤️.

Ok. My very first flight on EK was from Europe to Dubai. Since then, I've always flown EK transatlantic. I'd 'like to see a tranatlantic EK Premium Economy A380 flight. That's what I'd really like to see. I mean, transatlantic flights should be their very best, right?
Also, those footrests are a bother to me. At six foot three, they're just in my way, and I sure wish that they were removeable. I hate to complain about EK, but I do complain about the footrest taking up my precious legroom. When up, it hits me right in shins. Totally obnoxious.

Having tried the Emirates premium economy on a long international flight LHR > BKK i think the seat is good - food not as good as business - the biggest disadvantage of premium is that you do not get loung access either at departure or in transit - given the price in my opinion definately NOT worth the price above economy - if lounge access then ok.... just

Food at Emirates, I think, is much better than the food served by Singapore Airlines! Sorry to say but as I look at the posted video, the food seems to be presentable at palatable!

Emirates is excellent flight - no doubt about that. I am an economy class passenger- I want know what kind of food they serve in that class. Economy class traveler doesn’t want to know what kind of food they serve in other expensive classes. So this food is not for in general travellers.
