Another great tutorial Gail! Having you demonstrate various feet, and what they are used for is the best accompaniment to my Big Book of Feet! I watch some tutorials repeatedly because you provide so much information. Also your tutorials aid me in deciding which feet I would enjoy having in my Bernina 790 foot collection. Please keep these coming! ( can you provide more videos using the L890 )? Thank you for your inspiration!
This foot is for uneven sewing - like upholstery trims. It also works for skinny piping. If you are looking to do 1/4” decorator covered cording for upholstery, a #12, #12C, #59C or #60C may be more appropriate
@@BERNINAofNaperville I should have done more homework. I just bought the #38 from your shop thinking I could use it for regular piping. So I guess I will need to add the #12 to my inventory. Thank you for your help!

I used this foot to add heavy duty Velcro to tab top curtains. Velcro makes it easy to take down curtains .
Nice ideas, thank you😊❤️
I would like to use this to add trim on denim jackets.
Will that foot work on a 790+ and/or 880+?. Thank You 😊
Of course it will. I used a 790 in my video.
