You should do a short video on the truck and go over what all is done to it, the specs of it, fuel economy, purpose behind it, and how much it costs to do! They are becoming pretty popular. Something simple and easy, like 5-10 mins long. Im super curious about it!

Hey man, I would love to see more flounder fishing soon. You made me fall in love fishing in general but flounder fishing was my fav.
I have been watching your channel for about a month or so now. And I ran across the episode where you were in the Olympics fishing for steelhead and caught your very first steelhead. The scene where your friend Irving? Was trying to net that steelhead in that trout net and running around in circles, was hilarious. I laughed my butt off at that. I have been enjoying your channel greatly. 30 to 40 years ago I spent about five years hiking the Alpine Lakes Wilderness Area, and fishing all the little ponds up there that i could find that aren't even listed on the maps. It's nice to see that area again.

I was thinking, there might be a problem with algae growing in your tank. Painting it black could help. Just a thought. As for water pressure, you gain about 2.2 pounds pressure for every five feet of elevation. Good video.
definitely needs to keep as much sun light out as possible. or stuff will grow in it for sure.
Would a practical solution be to bury it and use a pump when water is needed? Maybe that is the way to go could even pump a smaller reservoir at elevation as needed to have constant pressure without exposing the main reservoir to the elements
100% the water tower will be fully enclosed and insulated as to not let in any sunlight and keep the tanks temperature regulated. By winter I'm planning on building an underground reservoir for water storage, to avoid freezing in the cold temperatures! Appreciate everyone's input and will gladly listen to tips/experience on keeping water storage from freezing in freezing temps 🤙
Aren't there some kind of anti-algae water treatment thingies you use in water tanks?

As always enjoyed the video! an maybe try switching hands on the flint and steel, then place the char-cloth on the backside of the flint so an edge hangs out to catch the spark (then it can't blow away in the wind).

You can buy an adapter for that so you can hook up a garden hose. Plus you should paint it black. It will keep green algae from growing in it.

a trick for heating those MRE's if your doing around. open your hood of the truck and lay the package on the manifold while you drive for a bit. warms it right up. military missile field trick. works with burritos also . lol

It’d be pretty damn cool and interesting to see you build a little hydroelectric power station off your piece of the creek running through the property. Of course you can find some good video content on how to do it on the ole YT. From there you could power an electric pump (coupled with some flexible piping) to keep your water tower full. 🤘🤘
Maaan the good old days of being able to do that legally are over. But I have LOTS of sun out there 🌞 Solar plant is coming..... 🤫

That fine white deposits on your property is probably ash from the mt st Helen's eruption. There is deposits of ash from that all over eastern washington
Fun thought. Stash some little things in the ground in little coffee cans. Like coffee, spices, char cloth and other little things that might be handy. Not so much to stash them for SHTF more so just to see if you can and if they last in the ground there. I’m talking Eddie Vegas vacation coffee can fund kinda stuff if you get my reference lol.
