    Por el tipo de insertos esa broca es para formaciones duras, que para perforar hay que colocar peso y la forma como se destruyó perdió toda vida útil, sería de locos después de lo visto bajarla a un pozo.

    Does it gonna work without bearing mechanism? Some friends who’s bit have repaired says that it is going to dig only few bores .
    Any way i like your technic and goodjob

      We only fix the worn-out shaft, inside diameter of cone & re grooving for the ball bearing , usually we also replace Bearing parts if it’s necessary & not in shape
      Actually that was the original design for the 6” diameter bit we make sure that the original set-up must be followed.. us we experienced 6” inches diameter bit using Bushing and ball bearing, but 8 inches Bit & above original part are are spherical roller bearing

    Ehat electrod yo use for repairing foundry suggests to use tungsten carbide steel but i cannot find it rellay i will be pleased to help me🙏🙏🙏

      TIG Welding (Gas tungsten-Arc Welding) an arc welding process wherein fusion two metal is arcieved by heating with an electric arc between a single tungsten electrode and the workpiece. Shielding is obtained from an inert gas(ARGON).filler metal may or may not be used.

      I recommend MG fusekote powders 1070. Tungsten Carbide bearing high abrasion resisting alloy

    This is not a way to restore maintenance, but rather this is absurd, with all due respect to your work
