I am happy to say that I was in attendance for this show. I had an absolute blast. The last time I had seen Sacrifice was actually at the Opera House as well, when they were on the bill with Overkill and Anvil (I still get a chuckle out of Lip's vibrator solo), while promoting their last album before they disbanded. I also had the chance to talk a bit with some members of the other bands performing, especially a good 20 minutes or so at.the bar yammering on to Adam Jarvis of Misery Index who had recently finished their set and was trying too get back upstairs to the vip section with a couple pints but was a total gentleman that was more than accommodating in listening to my observations on his performance and playing style. A total stand up lad for sure. I'm happy to see that since then that he has become a very in demand artist with his involvement with various other acts. I remember being bummed out some weeks before the show at the cancelation of Decapitation's appearance due to their recent fatal accident. This all in all was a tremendously fun night for my buddy Dave and I who had together first saw Sacrifice perform in a small divey bar in Hamilton back when they were promoting the Soldiers of Misfortune album. I'm so glad that these guys reunited (however briefly) and that I got be at this show as most others in attendance were.
1988 students union Regina with Unlawful Assembly ( “ I eat roadkill “ lol ), to this day over 30 years later, still one of my top 5 all time best shows ever attended. \m/
