I haven't been hyped for something for a very long time, I wasn't that hyped even for The New War. However it did blow up my expectations of Warframe as a whole and I am now looking forward to this update very much.

There's something about going back to the Zariman that's both awesome and unsettling. The time theory (Eternalism was it?) that the Orokin developed really opened up a lot of lore possibilities for Warframe. Can't wait :D
Oh, and I think we're also getting some little tiny sparks of what/where/who Duviri is, like in TNW. Maybe a Wall is going to appear too.
We were sitting with almost no lore and story for a looong time - The New War was supposed to answer all our questions...
And since Deimos we get all the lore.

@@artypyrec4186 And so is Eternalism. I actually fangirled when they talked about it since it's one of the most sensible models of spacetime. To me at least. Biggest problem with Warframe though is figuring out just *where* everything is amongst a 5 dimensional plane.
Actually eternalism wasn't developed by the orokin. At least not really, in game maybe but they can't get credit for opening up possibilities for the game

Yup heard it too .Since the last update i strongly believe that the Angel Choir and Voidtongue are just regular Language highly distorted. In case of Voidtongue may even more ..so it sounds like nearly a different language muchg like if you dream it makes sense for you if you wake up its gibberish
I played it close to eight years so I can definitely say they did a good job with the updates because the game is literally evolving👌
Hehe I feel you bro, I play for 9 years and although there are times when u don't rly have much to do....I love this game and DE and I can say for sure the evolution of the game is insane
DE don't always get things right at first. I dare say, even, they often miss the mark a bit. But they often set that mark ambitiously, adding stuff others wouldn't, changing more than might seem advisable, and then improving until the things they add and change are up to the standards they set for themselves. This, to me, is far better than a studio that plays it safe and consistently delivers essentially the same game, over and over, at a quality level of "okay" to "good". DE aim for great or excellent, and sometimes they crit.

Those void enemies have one of coolest designs in my opinion. There like sentients but more idk smooth. Can’t wait to play.

It's very evident that DE are WAY more confident with this expansion than TheNewWar , and rightly so! This expansion looks really really great
Yeah, New War was focused primarily on the quest and the production value of that specific experience. While this seems more broad with a quest and game modes and the focus rework and the eximus rework, it affects so much more than just ONE thing. But yeah, they seem much more focused and confident in what they're putting out, probably because they're setting their own goals more reasonably.

Railjack released really poorly because they overthought it, feature crept it, and it came out a year and a half after announcement, it got shoved out with barely any content, and took a little over a year to get repaired and overhauled to a good state. I think they learned from that and are releasing what they can when it's reasonable to do so. Updates aren't super frequent still, but they're more steady, more reliable, and bring what's promised...

I hope the drifter starts talking outside the new war, kinda feels meh playing them but never hearing their voice, I loved their VA and lines in new war
I heard that this update was happening soon, so I finished like half of the story quests in a single day so I could play it immediately.

Ouch that sounds hard, ting is you probbally only needs to have completed new war. But just a tip dont rush through it take you time and enjoy it, because when you get to the endgame its not the same anymore. :)

This is a free game and there arent a lot of AAA games that come close to how good warframe is
I gotta both agree and disagree here given Warframe has been out for 9 years and still has no real form of endgame and no I don't count Steel Path,Helminth,Arbitrations,Railjack,and Liches/Sisters as endgame because new players can easily access all of that just from a month or so of playing
all of that said aside from the lack of endgame and with the various flaws this game is definitely better than a lot of games out here but they do need to get some better staff behind the scenes because these lot have 0 clue of what they're doing half of the time lol

Part of that feeling is because -i think- we were expecting more of the War part, and the quest was more about theories/history with little to none War. I do hope that now that we have Narmer, we get more events like Scarlet Spear, trying to fight that new/old enemy.

Sooo, the updates are coming in like this now. Large pauses with massive content drops in between? I like it… I really like it… that’s good!
Its really not, for mid game players its good, but for anyone that has more than 700 hours it gets boring and there is nothing to do for like 3 months in between updates, would much rather have more updates more frequently
@@BlueeCatss you gotta remember these devs are not exactly the brightest lights in the room so it will obviously take them longer to do anything
also it gets "boring" because the moment an update releases everyone breezes through literally everything in a matter of 2 hours roughly so if you're someone who speeds through everything with ease the game being boring is a you problem especially if you have everything already

Ah man I thought I'd get to play this today but it launches after 4pm and I have shitty internet so downloading the update will take a while. Very excited for it though.
Would be cool if the Zariman can eventually be completely rebuild, functioning like a mix between a Relay and a Dojo, while also having your private apartment. (and docking station for your Orbiter so you have your main Orbiter floating around/docked in the Zariman, rather then just being in space or in the cave on earth)
I would love less grind and more of this kind of "just for fun" content.
Unfortunately it's an MMO so the grind is the content. When people run out of stuff to do they stop playing, the easiest way to have plenty of stuff to do is to have grinds.
I hope in this update we get some new outfits, or revamped old ones for our Drifter. Hopefully the latter, and those who already have them for the Operator get them free for Drifter. Because I'd love to recreate my Sith-Operator as my Drifter (Adult Tenno).

Duviri Paradox is so close I can smell it
Duviri might come after because the zariman is in a portal coming from duviri
Not really though since they seem to be different. During the new war the drifter says he wasn't really "here" when the operator asks if they were in the the Zariman. I'm fairly sure it's eternalism at play so the Zariman both is and isn't in Duviri. We simply see the one that was found empty rather than the one currently in Duviri.
@@critical932 Duviri is gonna be an open world which according to Cephalon Cy is clash of 5 dimensions, where most likely the faction called "Duviri" will be or whatever Duviri is meant to be exactly. You even had small bits in New War suggesting it. Theory is that Zariman is the portal between time lines and whatnot, thats how Drifter and Operator could meet there, but couldn't stay too long.

Guys, with all respect, I love this game and I want to keep playing it, i'm a game developer and here is my sincere opinion, I'm a veteran of warframe, I had learn a lot with it, but it became a bad example of a game, it could be a masterpiece but... WTF are you doing with this game?
It would be so much better with game progression, fewer enemies, and more difficult ones. Valorize it all, materials to weapons and enemies... not just graphic, appearance but mechanics, maybe a good inspiration on Dead Space, fewer enemies "hack and slash" type and more terrible ones, not just in appearance like i said, something like a true challenge, cooperation, fewer weapons/warframes farm, less is more. Lessening not just what the base and old school players have to say. I love this game, but... WTF? I know you guys have to make money, and pay the team salaries but look at the long term, not just skins and packs to do it... there are other solutions...

Ever heard of Wakfu? Well I find the similarity of powers, wielding the void as the Eliatropes wield wakfu, the teleporting the energy pools. It's pretty much like we are eliatropes and I love it to hell and back. Though I would like perhaps the old void dash to be back, more like a sprint mode. The new dash is truly great for pinpoint accuracy but the old dash was great for speed

Surprise surprise, the update is buggy beyond belief on launch date. I'm not even angry, I'm actually amazed at how some of these bugs are even possible. Best part is that all of it, like different people having different rooms in the same spot in the same mission, is completely lore accurate since nothing in the Void makes sense.

I'm a bit sad that i only started about 8 months ago.
The thing is, my first time playing Warframe was many years ago, 5 or 6, maybe more.
I liked it, played until Plains of Eidolon and a few more missions, and then got distracted by another game...
But i guess i restarted at a good point. Lots to do and new stuff coming ^^

Hate to break it to you all that had expectations this addition would mean anything for the main story or conclude in any way the lack of story of TNW- This event expansion quest only serves to introduce the new game modes and of course another reputation grind (because apparently DE understands WE LOVE THOSE).
There is no story, nothing. A ship in which void makes shit go crazy. Why? Who? Does it matter? Does it even make sense? Shut up and do it 100 times so you can get the weapon.
I had no expectations going into this and I was still dissappointed.
When will DE understand GRIND does not make it interesting or challenging or hard. Repeating gameplay is BORING and makes the game BOOORING. Not challenging or interesting OR FUN.
The story continues behind the bounties.
It follows the same heart beat of another quest.

No other MMO you'll go to will be this charitable with what it gives in terms of grind.
Would like more atmosphere and for more stream line ways to travel like loading in Dojo at log in or just having one Hub for this Tenno Nation that seems to theme around the Lotus. Our Sentient queen between the living and mechanical.
Though me being a follower of Tzeentch, this all works with my belief system. Change is inevitable.

And maybe later you’ll add some new customizations as you do for dojos

The quest as short and forgettable as it is was decent at best but the new game modes just feels like the same old crap just reskinned & repackaged with some extra BS on top. Got bored of it already and exhausted from all the bugs...
