First I have heard of this artist, and I really like what I hear so far! Evilfeast is one of my favorite artists in the atmospheric black metal genre, so maybe not surprising that this is something I would like. It very much is in the same vein, but it certainly has its own unique sound as well.
Very good description you wrote there! I found Voin Grim this year and I absolutley love his stuff. I also think that on the first listen it seems that quite some aspects are heavily inspired by evilfeast, but he still manages to give the music its unique twist. His longer ambient pieces like "Die goldene Wiege" are very unique as well!
