Just got some Snows from the dent and ding Boardlandia sale for cheap. Figured they sit on the shelf for a while until I see the Hoth Assault rules. But now I might have to get them table ready sooner :)
I (Mbweha (Ben)) had health issues in the family for the last almost year that have been pretty all consuming. All has turned out well and medical things are just about wrapping up. Looking forward to making more content VERY soon!
Controversial take: I like Del Meeko on Snows for their ability able to move, snipe, and get back out of line of sight (and then if anyone gets too close, I have 4 red-save meat shields adding white die, surge to hit to the attack pool), and then put Gideon onto a unit of Shores, so it can coordinate to the mortar and another unit of troopers off of one order (yes, I know, not taking the T-21B makes people sad). Haven’t played Gideon on snows though, so it might be worth a shot
Thanks for teaching us in depth strategies for the game, it is immensely useful to get a new player up to speed with the game. I wanted to point out your audio isn't great. It's acceptable but not great, like the mic is too far from you, I have to turn the volume up quite a bit to hear you out compared to everything else. Just constructive feedback because I enjoy your content :)
That's good to know. Getting volume balance is difficult, especially since I just do these videos for fun. While I would love to have really fancy shure mic on the table that lets everyone hear the beautiful timbre of my voice, that's probably not in the cards XD I'll continue to do what I can in post to help de-hum the audio and balance it out.

I’m so glad to hear you find the content helpful! I too, am a fan of the E-Web, but I’m not sure I could come up with a full video on it. If I did, I would talk about the importance of getting it in cover, how nice it is to use for Rapid Reinforcements, how important it is to not overlook the value of surge to crit, and how you can pull off cheeky moves at the end of the game since it can’t be displaced. Oh wow there could totally be a whole video, you’re right! 😆
Sounds like different ways of saying the same thing to me! :) But yeah, Gideon has 2 health, so when you attach him to the unit, the unit’s total health increases by 2.
Flamer snows with frag grenades are great until Luke makes them turn on their own guys. I lost almost 2 full units of stormtroopers and that was before Luke charged and wiped out most of my snows all in the same turn.
The Playbook is legit the best content for Star Wars Legion there is, im not joking

Del on Snows is good too, especially if you have vehicles in the list!
I just agree I often play snow Gideon and they are so good with cables

I just started and I *KEEP* looking at Gideon double snows with either Vader and it just looks SESSY. I just don't know if it's going to work

So I am confused. The way you phrased it sounds like hask gives the entire unit 2 health when added. That health value is just for his mini.
