I need this lol. I am starting my own business, I have been wanting a go pro for a long time to film kayaking when me and my gf go out. Today my gf told me to get it. I freaked out because I spent $200 on myself. I started worrying, as I always do. But she told me not to. All of these things are relative to me and I need to work on them.

Yes, a Fidelity financial advisor named "Julie Anne Hoover" put an end to my fears about investing, and after making more investments, I was able to reach the high six-figure mark in less than 3 years. A licensing advisor satisfies the necessary security criteria; hence, reimbursement is guaranteed if I'm dissatisfied with the service, so I'm much better off hiring one.

in sales myself, have been for 20+ hrs, am 55 hrs young but am always working on improving myself, professionally and personally. It bothers me being around negative people who seem to live to either complain, judge or simply voice an uneducated opinion about someone, some company or some group they don’t know or know nothing about. I’m an optimist and attempt to stay positive and inspired. My 1st goal, not achieved yet, is to be a $200K a yr income earner. I’m always wanting to improve myself, even at my age. Part of my prob is I don’t put into consistent action what I learn from books or videos, though I want to.
Admittedly, right now, and most my sales career, I’ve been a “get-buy” sales rep. I know what I need and supposed to do every day, but I can’t seem to execute daily. Having a crap year thus far, am with a company where if I were to be successful, basically meeting quota over a 1 yr period, then possibilities and opportunities for growth, advancement would opening up greatly for me. I have Sep - Dec to somehow show my worth and salvage my year and I don’t know where to either start or focus on from here thru Dec. Btw, I am normally a confident, assertive sales person and I know I can do this job And be successful at it, if I would just do the daily things needed, which I believe I’m good at, when I’m On, to meet and exceed quota.
Any suggestions and input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! TJ

The nice part about working 8 hours for someone else is that you are done after 8 hours. Anyone going into their own business with the mindset that they will be working 2 hours, or 6, or 8, or 10 or 12 is bound to failure. When you have your own business you work 24/7. Every problem is your problem. Most people who own their own business will tell you that they never worked harder in their lives, or longer. Yes, it is possible to build it to a point where others do most of the work, but few small businesses work that way. If you are able to get to that point it might take years of sacrifice. Most don't understand that, and that's why they fail.

It's people's ego that gets in the way, if you focus on expanding your consciousness you will be aware of all your habits that need to change, and there is no doubt in my mind you will let go of fear of failure as well, as only the ego gets "hurt", consciousness is what it takes to be successful on planet earth because it will transform you in a way where you analyze everything on a deeper level and it makes it easier to figure out what works and what doesn't, it makes it easier to drop the things that don't serve you and stick with what works

So great thanks for sharing. Like Jim Rohn said, "work harder on yourself than you do on your job". People think that doesn't make sense, but the more you become, the more value you bring to the workplace. The more money you will make. You retain the value you created in yourself. If your fired, you quit, the business goes under, you take the value with you to your next job or in your next venture. I believe in an unlimited mindset and unlimited life. Love everyone on this clip. Keep sharing !

In the pursuit of wealth what’s become abundantly clear to me is that it’s purely a combination of how bad you want it, how much you’re truly willing to sacrifice and how many real life decisions it takes to get to the level you’ll be content with. I lost 95% of my friends, I’ve grown distant from family members, I’ve devoted my life to self improvement and becoming the best version of myself and if the people around you don’t want the same thing as you then you will separate sooner or later, this makes me think from time to time whether or not I’d live a better life in ignorance and have an abundance of friends and family surrounding me at all times and die on the same block I was raised, or elevate myself in the world and sacrifice everything I have and have ever known for a life I know nothing about. It’s a real decision and the worst part is there is no right or wrong answer, but I can’t grow old without seeking out my potential and figuring out where I really fit into the world. I have faith that in my pursuit I’ll meet the right people and I’ll find a place to call home, but until then I’m sitting in the same place I’ve always been and I’m dying to see where this journey takes me. I’m working to become the best Jeweller in the world and I’m documenting my journey to get there on this channel, and the day I do make it, I hope that I can inspire future jewellers and entrepreneurs to follow their dreams and do what’s right for them regardless of the payday and live a life of passion and meaning.

All planes ebb and flow--one becomes stronger (IE Career) and one begins to wane (maybe physical). You critique your planes on a monthly basis--which is slipping. And you constantly improve them. Then they all rise with the tide. Hope that helps, Charles

Every man has a philosophy. There is no one blanket formula. It’s nice these men want to share what worked for them. I’ll do the same. But for me, success is faith based. God first, the role he gave you second. You just have to discover what your true role is. It’s simple in my opinion, focus on helping others and channel it through the skills God gave you. Success starts with love, not money. Always put love of yourself and others first.

At 51 I am super proud of how much I've invested on myself, never purchased a house because I just wasn't able to as a struggling single mom. Instead I travelled, I learned 3 languages, published a book, studied with shamans, own 2 businesses and raised a beautiful young man who is my best investment. So a house wouldnt have worked for me. My glass is always half way full🎖

Praying that the spirit of poverty is Brocken upon your life . Don’t forget to change your mindset ! Remember
      Mark 11:24 :
“Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.”
      Proverbs 23:7:
“For as he thinks in his heart, so is he”.
Don’t operate from a place of poverty because u are not poor. What u believe about yourself is what u become ! Also do not be scared to go for opportunities x keep praying and in every action u take don’t doubt your success . Remember what u ask for in prayer u will receive . Pray with faith ! There is no point in praying without faith

At 2:14 regarding owning vs renting. Those who bought a home in SFO Bay Area in 2009 recession have tripled their value and they pay far less than those who are renting now.

There is a scene from the movie Troy that always reminds me of Grant. It's the scene where the little boy says to our Archilles, " I wouldn't fight him" ( Archilles is going into battle with a giant warrior) to which He responds "this is why no one will remember your name" the lesson here is that you have got to do things that others are too afraid to do and push yourself to the max, which is what Grant has done
