For the complainers... starting out lower is easier for others who are just getting used to the hoop, haven't worked out at all, or have a physical ailment that requires baby steps. To put it extremely blunt... you do you and let us do us.
Thank you. I was about to pack the thing up for a return, because I couldn't get more than about 15 revolutions before it would stutter to a slow stop (and also whack me on the knee). I made it very tight and put it as low as possible, and the first time I tried it I was able to go 20+ minutes without so much as a single pause. I can finally see how it actually does give a good and fun workout, and not just an exercise in frustration.
DAYUM Abby you're looking amazing! Just watched a couple of your guys' beginner hooping videos from several years back and you looked like a different person. Happy hooping and thanks for the videos ❤️
I wear it above my belly button, and I feel good about it but I would like to know one thing even if I wear the hoop above my belly button. Does your entire belly lose weight? Even where it doesn't come into contact with the rim?
Okay so I wear high rises so my stomach has 2 fat folds, that split so I have a "muffin" top and below my belly button I have the second fat, that just hangs and my pants hide. So what's the best placement? I'm like 240 something I think.
I like mine higher. Lower is harder. What does that mean? I’m struggling to know what is the proper way to do it. Should I just do it how I’m comfortable or how you recommended? Lower I can barely use it
I don’t know if you will see this but I just started using my hoop. And I don’t know if it’s the way I’m wearing it or what but my feet hurt so bad within ten mins of using my hoop. Can you give some advise on this?
Same! Mine hurt around like the inner side of my ankles/instep. But I do have fat there so I just assume it’s burning the fat there. Would love to know if that’s normal.
💞To see which smart hoops and hoop accessories I recommend, check out the links in the video description.💞
But what placement is better for actually slimming
I was struggling and ready to give up. I'm going to try this in a lower position. Thanks

I can do both! But lower is easier to begin with! Best of luck with your journey! Happy hooping!

I've not tired it lower and I don't think I will as it sounds as it could be uncomfortable... I like how it feels when it's high

Same! Is it the bottoms of your feet?

Might just be from new repetitive movement...? Use supportive shoes, maybe your body will adjust. 🤷♀️
give your body time to adjust. Increase training time little by little
Orthopedic shoes or inserts help a lot
Idk what I’m doing wrong it won’t stay going more that three or four times around
I had the same issue. Make sure it is even all the way around.
Having it lower made it harder for me
Me 2 I had to have mine high

I can't keep it up 😭
Why are we aiming to make the exercise easier??? 🥴
Because a lot of us can't manage. Like me. Who has never worked out a day I'm life 😂😂😂😂. So this is great 😂😂
Because if it's fun people are more likely to do it
Lot's of cheating going on inside of Exercise gyms. Damn Exercise equipment.
Peeps we're just trying to keep it going!
My thought exactly !
