These look awesome……I’m in Illinois and wanted to get this exact tinting on two pairs of glasses that I have the frames for. The first frames are Burberry BE2377 Bailey and the second frames are Ray ban RB6489 each are slight prescriptions.
They are off the scale good. Great work Daniel. It’s so rare finding someone able to mix up tints and photochromic lenses. Are you able to use other photochromic brands such as Zeiss or Hoya? Do you deal with overseas customers?
Thank you so much! I have just started to dip my toe in the water with Zeiss. I do work with overseas customers. If you have something you are interested in creating just send me an email to daniel@hicksbrunson.com
Loving this look. One random question I had in regards to Oliver Peoples aviators, specifically the nose pads. Are there any alternative nose pads that you’d recommend that fit OP aviators? The stock ones are comfortable, but I’ve had too many durability issues with them and switching them out is an even bigger pain.
Absolute gorgeous glasses. Btw. does the tint affect the performance of the transition? Here in Austria all the opticians tell me that it is not possible to put a tint on a transition because it affects the performance too much. Couldn’t motivate one to do that yet.
In my experience it does not affect performance in any noticeable way. I generally recommend tint density no darker than about 30% or Category 1. When the Transitions lenses darken, they just absorb the base tint and look like normal Transitions lenses that have no base tint.

They really are super cool. One lucky owner. You should do videos like this.
Thank you!

To my knowledge they only use that one style of snap on nose pad that is not a standard attachment.
Absolute gorgeous glasses.

Definitely rare
Most things aren't truly rare. It's mostly taste and spending habits.
If your in the right circle you'll see millions of catchy clothing.
Can anyone tell me how to swap the lenses specifically on the OP Aeros?
Swap how? Do you need a new prescription lens made for your Aero? We can help with that. What kind of lenses do you need?
