The pollen is visible it’s that bad still. The winds from the four directions 🧭 been the wildest 2022 April-June!!! Iv been taking doterra Triease it’s helping a lot but wanted to what else would help.

I’ll have to look that up. I take Sudafed for my throat but still get that stuffy nose, face pain and headaches.
How do allergies effect you?
Srsly I’m positive I’m deficient in vitamin d because I can’t even step outside anymore 😭 still indoors doesn’t help much however I’m getting a true hepa air purifier so perhaps that’ll help with the pain
