    Concerns about GMOs
    Environmental Concerns:
GMO crops might crossbreed with wild relatives, potentially disrupting ecosystems.
Over-reliance on certain GMO traits (e.g., herbicide resistance) can lead to "superweeds" resistant to herbicides.
    Corporate Control:
GMO technology is often patented, giving large companies significant control over seeds and agricultural practices, which can marginalize small-scale farmers.
    Biodiversity Loss:
The cultivation of GMO monocultures may reduce biodiversity, making ecosystems more vulnerable to pests and diseases.
    Economic Inequality:
High costs of GMO seeds and dependence on corporations can increase economic inequality among farmers.
