Hi everyone! I wanted to share something personal about my journey as a spiritual coach and how I've connected with the spirit world. Initially, I was on the lookout for special signs-wisdom, feelings, sensations-anything that clearly indicated a message from beyond the human realm. I often pondered the question: "What's the difference between thoughts originating from me and those from the spirit world?"
Then, one transformative day, I shifted my perspective and chose to believe that *everything* comes from the spirit world. It might sound random or overly simplistic, but embracing this belief was a turning point for me. From that moment, everything began to flow more smoothly.
Now, I feel profoundly guided in my work. I can ask any question and receive answers. This guidance enhances my sessions with clients tremendously. I’ve learned that I don’t need to have all the answers myself; I just need to trust and let the sessions flow. The results have been incredible-full of healing and truly amazing experiences.
Sharing this in case it resonates or helps someone else on their path. Trusting in this process has certainly transformed mine!
Gotta say I very much like the scepticism expressed in many comments here. I think it indicates a very healthy open mindedness of this channel's community, which is not something I've seen in too many spiritual channels. Most commenters in other channels just go like "Ooh, thank you", "This was a great message" and so on, without actually sparking a discussion about the topics at hand. I think scepticism is a very natural thing and not meant derogatory or devalidating, just something to be talked about.
The thing that makes me doubt people that claim to be channeling, is the lack of proof and consistency, I channel every day, because my brain depends on it, I have a serious memory problem, but because I trust my intuition 100 percent, I always find what I need, I also know, that if I don’t go with the flow, that means, when I try to let my rational mind take over, everything goes wrong, I have had this ability to follow my intuition all my life, even when I go for a walk, I sense that I should walk down a certain road, and it always leads me to wonderful experiences when I do. So yes I don’t know how to channel dead people or aliens, or anything popular on social media, but I know it works very well for my creative side and for the practical things in my life.

Hiya, found it fascinating. Been interested in psychic aspect all my life (im 70) but as with most psychic communications there seems to be a lot of ambiguity. Even if not intended on the part of the medium. Cos on our side we're subject to our own memory which might not be great! I thought the medium genuine, but ambiguity often seems prevalent in communication. Thanks anyway for an interesting interview. Beautiful! Great guest. I think that a lot of people don’t understand psychics are a radio taking information in and several different ways. Feelings, snippets of visuals, sounds and smells and quickly trying to articulate that in a way that we can understand. I think a lot of people don’t know that they don’t just always hear something and say it it’s not that simple. I really enjoyed this guest and how she explained her work! Very much appreciate that Karen is not being Egocentric in her work I always believe that people that go around trying to help Spirits go to "the Other Side" do not realize that they are meddling with a natural process that has happened for millions of years. Spirits will naturally turn toward the guidance of their own ancestors and Guides when They are ready for it : To go against this by thinking we are assisting them (as if we are their Guides) to move on can indeed be not only acting from an Egocentric place of meddling but also do more harm. Most of these 'meddlers' are not even related to the Spirit they are trying to 'help' and need to stay out of that. The Spirits are not stuck as long as it seems, even if it has been 500 yrs in Earth Time that they've passed (which is an linear, illusion construct for us to Play our Density roles in). In their Lighter astral dimension They are in, they believe in their Now moment that they are only actually passed weeks ago in our perception of that 500 yrs. Be kind, leave the Spirit people to their own Guides, as you will want when you pass, especially if a traumatic passing.

24:26 Makes sense. However, in the Buddhist traditions, monks meditate and help guide any of their fellows, who is passing over, to negotiate the lower realms and go straight to higher realms. This may of course, be required for them, because of a prevailing belief system or mindset they have before passing over, that moving through the lower astrals can "derail" a spirit's journey in some way...When my estranged stepfather passed over (I didn't even know he was terminally ill), he "visited" me just as I was going to sleep. I told him to "Go to God" and he accepted that advice, from the way the Light shone down on him and he looked upwards before disappearing. But it doesn't mean he wouldn't have gone there unless I "told" him. Just that my words may have focussed his thoughts, after so recently passing, rather than focussing on fearful emotions which could delay his journey home.

I can see in the comments that many people are disappointed with Karen's reading because they expected from her to see a clear, movie like visions. From my perspective she senses them and just looking for approval from Jannecke. I think at the end Jannecke felt reassured and uplifted and I'm happy for her.
Perhaps this life Jannecke you have chosen to live without fully fledged gifts but to allow others to express their experiences, Perhaps in this life it was your choice to be precisely how it is.
40 + years of meditation and I've not aware of any contact with anything. But I do sense believe that they speak to me and I believe it's my own thoughts but it's not and perhaps writing is a better way of accessing it for some people

Yikes. That was hard to watch. Every family has someone with a heart condition and an alcoholic. A young widow with children and a business is going to struggle. A man passing away so young would be unexpected. Same names, or variations, are common in families. There’s a big difference between a ring and a relationship, but rings are commonly passed down in families. She told you nothing, until you told her. My intuition says this woman does not have the spirit of truth, though she may have the gift of gab.

@@lisetteem588 It was just an example, about how hard it can be to cold read someone who is not from the same country as yourself, because the culture is so different, so that you won’t get the same matching hits as in your own country or region of where you are from.

I scrolled to the channeling part, but when she just started sounding like any other cold reader on the planet, I also stopped watching around the 40 minute mark.
I finished watching just to see if she’d pull something out of her hat, but she didn’t.
