I have been trying to my sister on the other side for 18 months. Today, I paused the video and tried again and I asked her to do something I would not think of. I felt a push on my shoulders and I wondered why? Then I suddenly remembered she would tell me to put my shoulders back and push them. Later, Suzanne mentioned putting her shoulders back in this same video. How lovely to hear from my sister and have it confirmed by Suzanne!
We were allowed to come down here into this low frequency experience, but we were not allowed to come alone. Thank God.
Hi love and light to all! I’m sorry, but Suzanne has that incorrect about people with astigmatism not being able to see the 3-D images. I have a stigmatism and it’s something that I’ve always been able to do is soften my gaze relax my eyes and try to look through the picture and out it pops. please don’t take me wrong. I’m not trying to confront, but it is incorrect because I have a stigmatism and I love lots of people that have the same condition as I do they can see them as well. And then there’s a lot of people that I know that could never see through the picture and see the 3-D image, my husband was one.
I have in both eyes..my right worse than my left.. I can see 3-D images too♡♡♡ I see them intuitively too❤
It's very likely that it's amblyopia (lazy eye) that's the condition. I have that and have never been able to see those images. And I want to so much!
I have severe astigmatism and I’ve never had a problem seeing these 3D hidden images! Actually it’s been easier for us than those without astigmatism. So you are very wrong we with astigmatism can’t see these images. What you are saying is ‘we’ can’t change our perception.
I also can see these images with astigmatism.
@@dianaoliver5266 I have a lazy eye on the right and actually I found it easier using it because once I relaxed my gaze the eye would shift and it helped the image become clear then once I could see it I could look throughout the picture and see everything in the scene. My favorite was a shipwreck that had all sorts of sharks and dolphins and octopus. It was cool.

Light went dim and darkness fell. I didn't like it. They came back with their light and everything felt so much better.

Thank you Suzanne, this was great information to hear, I am one who has taken multiple Mediumship courses and was never receiving what I was expecting, it felt disappointing until I realized that YES I am receiving information it comes to me in my thoughts throughout the day. I felt a very sad feeling when they left and light came back to me when they were back. I don’t know if is one or more I am new to this. When I was thinking about being grateful for, tears came down. It was a good experience.
I had those same feelings. Sad when my guides left and soooo happy when they returned.

I felt like my heart sunk down when they left and when the came back my heart was shining , it lifted up and I was filled with tearing gratitude.
I had the same experience. My heart sunk and I felt extremely sad and abandoned. Once they returned, I was full of joy!

When my guide left, I felt deep sadness. Upon returning, great joy returned.
It was bright, then they turned away, it got dark, I cried from sadness. Then they rushed back in and super hugged me
Good morning all the blessed and loved ones.
I have been watching your videos for sometime and finally with frustration I asked for a definitive sign from spirit that I do indeed have guides or angels watching over me. While in a dream and not related to the dream a door appeared which I opened. In front of me stood a human figure which had been whited out. A male voice spoke only one word… Tommy. I have never known a person named Tommy but my husband, who has passed, and I had a wonderful dog who was named Tommy. I felt instantly that it must be my past husband who had connected. I will keep asking for more..
I felt completely fragmented… short breath when the guides turned down the volume and a heaviness ❤
When my Guide left my fields, I felt smaller and there was a feeling of it being heavier and darker. As soon as he stepped back in, I felt myself take a full really deep breath (not planned) and I felt light and bright again. Beautiful exercise!

When I did the practiceI had tears run down my eyes,I started yawning,which happened a number of times.
Infinity mirror
Waking up to the light of your own spirit is like looking into an infinity mirror. At first look you see only the surface but then when you look behind you see more and more and you experience more and more, and more until Infinity. Until the Spirit that we are, and the human that we are, blend in perfect harmonious balance.
That is the goal!
Life is a beautiful platform for learning and growing and connecting with one's own Divine self in this marvelous experiential domain.

Suzanne speaks of the one Spirit using our eyes to see. I confirm. How can I? Evidence in my life. When my first wife was near death, she was bitter toward our oldest daughter for choices made by our daughter in our daughter's life. After wife died she began contacting me with "diverse means" on October 21, 2022. In early 2023 my dead wife compelled me to put a certain of her necklaces on myself. That necklace had 3 little stick figures of girls to represent our three daughters. I wore the necklace for 6 days before she gave me an understanding that the necklace was her way of telling me that now in Heaven she loves all three daughters. A sitting with a medium in March allowed me to ask if I had "correctly understood your intention with the necklace". The medium replied, "She says 'Daughter'. Do you have a daughter?" During that medium sitting my wife told me through the medium that she had seen the light from her ring at her funeral. That light reflected off one facet of the diamond ring directing a narrow beam of light into my eye where I sat. For her to see that light, she could only have been using my eyes to see. Her rediscovered love for our daughters was possible with her having the omnipresent and omniscient love of Source. She and I were both devoutly Protestant Christians. I use Suzanne's preference "Source" to describe the Christian "God". Other actions of my dead wife in my life both in that medium session and later arranged for me to meet and marry a wonderful second wife.

I think one needs to visualize in order to connect to anything spiritual. I close my eyes and see nothing. I meditate and go nowhere. Eventually just fast asleep.
I, too, have had some challenges learning to meditate. Suzanne's 3 minute SIP of the Divine video is a great place to start....by starting with only 3 minutes a day or 2x a day. When I learned the goal is not to empty your head (impossible) but to focus on one thing or one question, I finally was able to med. When my mind is too busy, I do a guided med. from UA-cam.
Falling asleep means you need sleep. Meditate when you're not so tired. Good luck.
During the meditation, I could picture my heart in an open space with an expanding glow around it and a shaft of light extending straight up from the center and to the heavens. I pictured the dark clouds above and around me that slowly cleared and turned to a blue clear sky. My attention shifted to a starry sky with the silhouette of a figure. I could see a momentary smile on the face and then the meditation ended. Much of what I saw was momentarily, moving, shifting, and difficult to focus on; almost like channels changing quickly. With practice, I hope to continue to fine tune the experience :) thank you Suzanne! ❤

I picture an aspen grove, while appearing as individual trees they are actually parts of a much larger organism.
Am I the only one who didn’t feel a difference when my guides dimmed down? Maybe I don’t have any? I was so excited to feel this!
I would love to sit in Suzanne's very presence. She is such a beautiful person and being near her would be enough to bring anyone comfort ☺️
That was interesting. At the beginning it just felt neutral, then when the first one stepped away, physical sounds grew sharper. When the rest stepped away it felt like sort of a vacuum. It gave me a bit of anxiety. Once they came back, I had the image of multiple hands of imposible colors reaching out to me and this warmth that I could only describe as love surrounded me, permeated me, became me. And yes, I cried. Thank you, Suzanne!

My neighbour was murdered in her flat. The examination said she was lying for about 5 hours before she died from bleeding out. Where was her guardian angel at that time? This is a serious question if you say they watch us 24/7. And how many other people are dying like that. They just watch people dying? Maybe it is the punishment for previous life? You could adress this Susan what your guides say about that. I really would love to know.
I am so sorry to hear about your neighbor. I am no expert but I would like to give feedback on what I know in the hope that it is of some help. First, I doubt it was a karmic payback for anything in a previous life. Spirit isn't vengeful.
It may have taken 5 hours for her heart to stop beating but she wasn't conscious 5 hours, not suffering 5 hours.
I have read or listened to hundreds of NDEs and there's one I will never forget. A woman's husband poisoned her, raped her...a lot of terrible things happened and she had her spirit guide whispering in her ear the whole time "I am with you. It's not going to last. It's going to be over soon. ..."
She died and was revived (that's why it was a NDE).
I'm thankful she lived to tell her story.
I hope you find the answers you are looking for.
It's hard to understand I this human existence but from little knowledge I have, your neighbour would have chosen this in their soul contract before they were born, and it is agreed with their soul guides. Archangel Azarel, would have been with them moments before the act of murder and taken their soul/spirit to the heavenly realm, so they would not suffer. 2❤️🕯🙏
From what I've learnt, they do not suffer, they are never alone, it's agreed and that's what you call "free will"
It might have been part of her soul plan. I can say with complete certainty that my guide saved or directed me more than once from death in this life. Not because he or she is necessarily being a good guide, but to help ensure I fulfill my soul purpose or contract.

❤ wow ... I feel like I got bells and whistles for my experience... I've been doing another exercise for a few days now where I just invite my spirit guides for anything I am doing throughout the day as if we were best friends or incredibly close neighbors... like when I sit and have coffee... usually I am alone so I invite my spirit guides to sit with me and no pressure if I hear them or feel them... just like a good friendly neighbor... I'm there .... opening up my awareness and simply learning to listen.... and today with your exercise I heard like window shades moving or like a really big tree blowing leaves very loudly... almost like incredible clapping.... i don't know how to describe it 😂 but it was amazing 🤩 ... I have many many windows but I am far from neighbors so we don't have any curtains or shades but I definitely felt like I had a friend here with me trying to make me smile 😊
it's good to hear that it took 3 years. I can wait that long. I have given up over and over. I could focus for 3 years! I have had success, but it's so random.

I don't even know, when I go to sleep, I was doing something and I never realized that I fell asleep, don't remember anything since I had a stroke, I want to remember so, I can heal myself
I talk to them, but don't hear them, and give them permission to enter my life, guide me , heal me.

Answered one question I had about those 3D images because I do have in both eyes, an Astigmatism
Dimmed down felt like a less than experience. Asking to come back was like being rushed with love and a hug and like i could see clearly again.
When my spirit guide moved out of my field, I felt hollow!

I tried the exercise at 22:00 twice, but I wasn't aware of any difference. I'm from a sceptical background but really trying to open my level of awareness and consciousness. Honestly unable to relate to people who say they discerned a really noticeable difference. I will try to be patient.

I felt a stronger, colored gray, gravity. A bland feeling. Upon return, i felt a warm, less gravity, & i sensed smiles.
I felt so much lighter with my guides than without. However, I felt like I was powerful and large as me!
When I "blew the clouds away" I sensed I went with them and was looking down at earth with brilliant blues, browns, greens, and white fluffy clouds. However, when I told my main guide to step away, everything contracted and I was back sitting in my house.

They dont turn down their light unless you ask them to... They even keep their light on when you're sleeping to bring you visions and dreams that can motivate you or teach you something about yourself, or about a situation that you're having to face or karma that you're having to clean up.
A person turns down his or her frequency and walks away or disconnects from the guides and may feel alone, anxious, often depressed, and sometimes quite miserable.
I guess that's the point of this exercise But for those already connected to their guides on a regular basis, we already know this.
And if you haven't connected with guides yet, this exercise won't help you.

I felt alone when they left.
Our guides never ever leave us. They don't shut down their frequencies. They never close the door. WE DO! We resist, we shut down emotionally. We drop our frequencies by how we react to things. We let our emotiond take over or our egos.
Then, if that was the case, then they are worthless to help for tome they stay out of my awareness and must be on vacation. That goes for the creator and Yeshua.
They have to show up first. Why must I have to beg yet they still don't show up.
How do I find out my spirit guide names? Is it possible for a deceased loved one to be a spirit guide?
Do sometimes you really want to be “wrapped up in the story”…we came here for that to EXPERIENCE that…I don’t want to miss out on all of it…still yet knowing that I can step out now and again…

I felt a movement in my hair and there was no breeze. I am going through a hard time and a breakup with a long-distance partner. It is just so difficult. I need to get closure.
Appreciate all your effort(s). Just opened "The Real Alzheimer's" today........full stop. I have be meditating daily (now 1 hour+ per day). I have a fair amount of high pitched ear ringing mostly in my left ear but also have the right ringing from time to time. Could you direct me to your video where you discuss ear ringing? Fyi, It is not a medical condition for me, Thank you.
In my experience I have learned that everything is energy. The ability to see into the spiritual realm has nothing whatsoever to do with the physical eyes. A blind person can see them. Seeing beyond is directly related to the relationship a person has with the god source energy field. You do this from deep within through your higher conscious self awareness, your heart space, and positive thoughts... not your brain, not your eyes. This is called the magnetic energy toroidal field that provides pathways to connect to others and the cosmic realm. When you're open and accepting to their love and energy, your frequency will rise up to meet with their frequencies.
The closer to source you are, the more you get to experience and the higher your energy vibes with theirs. Practice meditation daily, asking them to meet with you and to help you. They will respind in various ways. Each person's experience is unique to that person.
My two co workers where laughing about me telling them about my spirit guide, Kenneth. For one of them, " tell her I am bobby her spirit guide" popped into my head. I told her you have a spirit guide named bobby.. yeah Okay.. a few minutes later, a new co worker come towards us from a different location, not knowing what we have talked about. She goes on complaining about a shopping scenario and says; Well, it could be anyone you know, like a Bobby.. It wasn't so funny then 😂 Of course the one who said it had no idea what was going on and asked something I said?? 😊
I’ve had a stigmatism all my life, and I’ve always been able to see 3D images very quickly and easily. So, there must be exceptions.

I tried. All I felt was my uncomfortable raging heart beat. It felt like I was going to have a heart attack. My blood pressure rose. Very uncomfortable. Darn it all!

I watched Suzanne Giesemann’s podcast. In addition, I conducted a “clearing” that was taught by Michael Sandler’s Inspire Nation; located on UA-cam. He called upon the Archangel Michael to remove dark energy.
The clearing experienced (with my eyes closed) lead me to view Archangel Micheal slashing the area in front of me, very vigorously, with his sword. Then my entire body tingled for about 10 minutes afterward.
Therefore, in answer to your “caring” question; I am feeling no tension nor a fast heartbeat. I feel positive and have more energy.
I also have a feeling that you interceded for me? If so, THANK YOU, from the bottom of my heart!!

Las Vegas, NV! I am surrounded by so many different energy types that affect me. I am empathic.
I find it difficult to stay centered and grounded.
However, there is a brighter light. I am moving to a Rural area this month. I find my soul in a more peaceful state there.
I love all that you wrote about. And, much more. I am open to all life experiences. I have experienced quite a bit already! Since my husband departed, two years ago, I am striving to “unlock” my spiritual life, as well!

I’ve been engaged in meditation with listening to Mediumship Hemi-Sync CDs for about two years now. So far, I haven't experienced communication with any unseen entities.
During meditation, as I sit in a chair to avoid falling asleep, I sometimes enter a state of consciousness between wakefulness and sleep. At such times, I may see images of acquaintances who have passed away, and often other images lack any apparent connection.
I mentioned the term "hypnagogic hallucinations" related to images during sleep onset. Do you need to distinguish between visions shown by unseen entities and these seemingly unrelated images?
During meditation, when deeply relaxed, I often encounter various visions, but most of them seem unrelated to the questions or topics I wish to explore. This has left I feeling stuck.
If you have any advice, I would greatly appreciate it.

I'm partially paralyzed, can't sit, how can I meditate? In my Bed, can't really sit down, I do everything laying down, can I do it this way?

I don't see..I feel. It may be my stoic human nature. I have ask for increased feelings. I feel a twitching in my legs and in my midsection and tears starting to flow. I sometimes question if this is my guide because I want proof... being a left brain person and a stoic. But I keep meditating every day.
Hoping for ckear definition of yes and no answers at this point.
If it helps you. Each time I’ve received an energetic transmission from my guides or angels, I always cry. This only started happening this past summer when I was first awaken by one of Suzanne’s earlier interviews. Before that, I rarely shed a tear for anyone or anything. Now I trust that many of the thoughts I get are from my guides or higher self. Be patient, continue your mediation, and all will unfold in time. 🙏
I know one reason before starting this video. Not spending time in meditation
I assume that in order to know what is the truth I will have to die. Not happy with this life now. I really don't think I have a spirit guide of any kind and if this is the life I choose to live to learn something then why did I ever agree to this. I have no money because I use what extra money to try to help 5 people in the Philippines which I ask for help for I desire nothing fir myself yet it seems like if I had a spirit guides they won't help me with them so no reason to go on living if I can't help them.
I find it extremely difficult to believe that I agreed to watch my 26 year old daughter die. No one has benefited from her death. Nothing good can possibly come out of it. It’s just soul destroying tragedy and trauma for her family.
I listen to you, but as hard as I try I seem to never hear from my so called spirit guides or guarding Angels or in the Messiah or God our creator Himself. I ask for help but nothing. I listen to Darius J Wright also and yet nothing. It seems like you all are just doing this for money because none of you help unless you pay for your courses. Im ready to die because I have no reason to go forward with this life nor care to come back here again. I am listening to you now and I don't have your gift and I have been waiting for over 5 years and yes I just sit here and nothing so I have a hard time believing in these spirit guides and used to be religious but that is people that want your money and have power over you as well as the politicians and rich people. So starting to not believe in anything and what ever my purpose is being here. Im starting to not care about anything anymore and if something happens to the 5 people I trying to take care of in the Philippines I will stop caring about anything.
