Love the new boxwoods! So far🤜🏼🪵no blight! Thx for the info🌿
Thanks for the recommendation Jim! That agave looking plant looks divine! What is the name of it?
It a whales tongue agave. I fertilize with plant tone in the spring
@@JimPutnam thanks!
I’m not a boxwood fan but I have to say they’re cute small like that. 😅
I absolutely love it when you highlight specific plants. I missed the other channel however, I’m getting the best of both worlds now thank thank you.
I have a question about your Grand Cascade butterfly bush: you mentioned it's size is getting out of scale and taking up too much space in your garden. What do you think of limiting the mature stems to 3 or 4 going straight up into a fountain shape and eliminating horizontal branching? I'm thinking of making a tree form out of my 2 year old Grand Cascade. Yes, it's too sprawling.
I really like this boxwood! I think I have a perfect spot for one of these😀thanks Jim!
Thanks Jim.🌺💚🙃
Why not use native plants like inkberry instead of boxwood?
I love inkberry hollies, but they will ultimately thin at the bottom and can't be maintained like this long term in the garden. Non invasive non native plants are not an issue in our gardens.
