Literally every record is broken like this. It doesn’t just randomly happen. What’s the difference this year if Barkley is 100 yards from the rushing record the last game and they give him 35 carries until he hits 101 yards. What’s the difference? This dude who I’ve never even heard of just thought the record would last forever? There’s 17 games now. Guys are hitting or getting close to breaking it all the time. This to me sounds like it was his entire life, this one thing. And he feels like it was stolen from him. It’s like the 40 year old guy that’s still obsessed with the girl he dated in high school. Defense does have to “earn” records more I guess so that means offensive records should just be worthless? Every offensive record was intentionally broken. You have to try to break a record. So for anyone that says get over it in reality he doesn't even know what he says and definitely will not remember it. The only reason this cam out is because of the 30 for 30 coming out.
