That's the engine that should have been in that truck to start with. Your mechanics do nice work that truck looks like it originally came with that engine

@user-ln7of9gs4s I've driven a cat, that got just as good as any Detroit, or cummins, I was getting 5.7-5.9 grossing up to 148k lbs

I woke up at Byrne dairy in Waterloo NY 0:02 this morning 12/08/23 crawled out off the bunk and there it was with the new cat engine and Jake brake😂 I have been following all off your videos off progress with this truck and I finally got to see it person. It sounded and looked amazing. Fan from Canada

remember to change the davco filter to a 25 micron now that you have a cat in it, the cummins used a 7 or 10 and will starve the cat pump for fuel and cause low power,

At zeeland farm services, in Michigan, we had chutes we could put on over the little back gate. Just for those situations. No spillage whatsoever.

Besides paint did you to anything to the cat engine before putting in #154 the cat looks awesome in that engine bay truck 154 is my favorite !!
No nothing major.
I don’t want to be “THAT GUY” and try and correct you (I could be wrong) but unless the vin is a Quad G (GGGG) it’s just swapped out, technically the vin plate has to have the Quad letters (other makes are different, PACCAR trucks are G) which makes it a glider straight off the line. (I could be wrong but I’m almost certain) regardless, BEAUTIFUL JOB IN A BADASS TRUCK!

You can only blow air on soybeans. If you add heat, they roast.

Justin, have you heard of Edison Motors from BC Canada? This morning I watched a You Tube vidio of the first time the proto type truck hauled a load. A 100,000 lb Sherman tank.
It moved it 100 feet on a flat parking lot
They have some impressive stuff going on, but they moved 100,000 lbs, truck and trailer included. A sherman with a squarebody on it doesn't weigh 100,000. And honestly 100,000 gross is not that big of a number when talking heavy haul.
