That would be amazing and to balance it, it would also make your own items and Limit Burst unusable as well

You can't dodge S Broly's Gigantic Rage on Switch. You have to have Blue Goku's counter or Super afterimage to avoid it but its still unpunishable.
On Switch, if someone is butt hurt they lost the first round they usually don't pick Goku Blue or Hit. They pick Super Broly.

All that hype Xenoverse gave Janemba 4 years ago is finally paying off, whoda thought that all it took was for him to have a ton of spamable supers and a really good super soul.

A good fix for the issue of guard mashing is to disable perfect blocking for a certain time after a player lets go of a guard. Say, like a second or so period where you cannot perfect block even if you get hit on the right frames.
That way, perfect blocking is a proper timing game instead of a taiko drum simulator. This can apply to every game with a perfect block mechanic, with a variation on timing depending on if the gameplay is slower or faster.
A year later, still waiting on this to be added and/or be placed into XV3 (if it even exists...)
Moves like Bomber DX and Super God Fist do crazy amounts of damage and they're both able to produce combos. I wish they would buff Cell's Perfect Shot and Gravity Impact back to their full glory because Cell's move set is pitiful in damage now.
