EVEN IN UNDERTALE PEOPLE CAN EASILY BEAT THE HARDEST BOSS (sans) WITHOUT USING ITEMS OR EVEN GETTING HIT ONCE.
Horizoned Not using items, sure, but I think not getting hit once wouldn't be easy. Otherwise it wouldn't be considered the hardest boss.

Also, to counter the Hakai Ultimate, you gotta burst dash through it. Trust me. You'll be safe.

Or you can just spam a vanish (on ps4 so L2 and X) through it and your completely fine
The best way to handle it in my experience is just dash into it and block. Most of the time you'll get a perfect block. Then you can step back and avoid it entirely.
Imagine trying to have a good clean fight between you and the op- oh who am I kidding honor doesn't exist to some of the players thirsty for a dub like this. But it does make them look sad if they lose from all that capsule spamming.
The funny thing with these people is that they still manage to lose

I can honestly say without a doubt that because soley of Steedoj that I continue to even care about the game. It's flaws and having to restart the whole game due to a console error ruined my love for it. But because of him I have that little spark of love for this game still up and I can respect someone making this long journey of playing this game for as long as he has. I like using capsules just because they make the battle longer, I feel they are too short sometimes and I crave combos and more into it.

- I am in a community were capsules are allowed if previous to the fight we agree on it, but we don't.
- Everytime I go to 1v1, I get modders, so I get destroyed almost every time.
- I like to play fair, because of people like on this video...
