2014 F150 Cluster Mileage Correction with XGecu T48 and Xgpro

Here I go into detail on how to correct mileage when you swap clusters on a 2014 F150. I'm sure this applies to most, if not all the 12th gen trucks, but I did it on a 2014.
Do not use this info to roll back your odometer. This is to copy your mileage to a new cluster so the new cluster shows the correct mileage of the truck.
I used the XGecu T48 in place of the older TL866II Plus. The T48 is basically the TL866III. I also use a SOIC8 SOP8 Flash Chip IC Test Clip to connect to the chip while it was still on the board.
Use FORScan as needed to turn options on and off.
Heartland Rebuild posted a video about 3 years ago about this same upgrade. He also upgraded to select shift, but my truck already had that. So I just wanted the 4.3" screen. • F150 Upgraded Cluster ...

Salve , complimenti per il video , volevo chiederti una cosa , spero mi risponderai per potermi aiutare, ho il tuo stesso programmatore e la stessa clip ma non mi legge il chip bios W25Q80DV devo per forza dissaldarlo dalla scheda madre . Come lo usi la clip? Cambi qualche impostazione? Nel software? . Grazie se mi risponderai.

Per prima cosa ho trovato la clip molto sensibile a come l'hai posizionata. Assicurati che sia collegato a tutti i pin. In secondo luogo, nel mio caso ho dovuto selezionare la versione DFN8 o SOIP8 del dispositivo. Guarda circa 6 minuti e 20. Se avessi scelto l'altro non avrebbe funzionato. Spero che aiuti.

Hi there thanks for the video I’m upgrading my cluster so I can have select shift I got a cluster off eBay, but yeah the kms arnt correct I bought the device and wire thing but I’m not sure where to get the computer program is there a link I could use to down load it?

Go to the download section. Program Application Programmer. I used the offshore link and then found the latest version and downloaded.

I down loaded it but doesn't seem right, I plug the programer into the comptur but it says no programer found, the blue light is on the programer did you have problems with connecting the programmer to the egpro on the comptur I see in the video here it says its connected mine says no programer found. any ideas?

No, I didn't have any problems. Maybe try a different USB port?

Will the computer program still work with the older TL866II Plus that’s the one I just bought

It should, the T48 is supposed to be fully compatible with the TL866II.

my comptur doesnt seem to want to open the program once I download it, do I need a app or program to run it, its a windows 10 do you have any ideas?

The download is compressed. You can use a program such as winrar to decompress it. Then you can install it.
