I was so close to stopping when I saw the 3rd round of abs. Thankfully I took a break and then pushed through that final set. Today’s workout was hard but I’m glad I made it through! Thank you, Heather!
This whole program has been amazing!!! From April to June I would just pick and choose your videos at random and was developing my own workout plan. I shed about 5-7 lbs pretty quickly but lost a lot of fun thickness in my thighs and butt. I took a break from June to August and started your 12 week plan in late August. On week 10 now and the results with your guidance have been so different! I haven't lost weight but instead have gained so much more muscle!! My thighs and butt are back and better than ever!! I feel so strong! Thank you Heather :).
The day 4 of week 10 will be remembered the toughest abs exercise "V-sit". This exercise in the execution of HEATHER is perfect and irreproachable.❤️🥇 Today first part "Cardio" of this workout was quite executable,but ABS..., especially "V-sit"...😤, especially in the second round was brutal. In the third the second wind appeared. Thank you,Heather, for the opportunity is a test of me endurance!🔥👏
I had to as well! This is my second time doing this and decided to try and stay within the time limit, and modify as needed, it was still super tough! Before that I was trying to do exactly what Heather was doing and took longer breaks.. but with less breaks, it felt just as tough, if not, tougher!
Heather was not joking when she titled this workout as “crazy”. It is the toughest one so far, but I got to the end (with some pauses in the middle). Wooh!
Those 3 rounds of sit-ups really challenged me. So glad I pushed through! Looking forward to legs day tomorrow ... Thank you Heather for helping me exercise consistently .

Looking through the comments section and watching the video the night before unfortunately wasn’t enough to prepare me for this... this was not crazy-it was brutal! I definitely had to pause a lot... probably from all the jumping! And the abs-boy, did I underestimate that! I remembered that you said three rounds of abs and by the time I started the second round, I felt like my core was beginning to give out. This was humbling, and I’m gonna try this again next week! Thank you, Heather! And congrats on being one of the top UA-cam Breakout stars! You deserve it :)
WEEK 10 - DAY 4: 75% Completed #hr12week Great workout, but I'm just too burned out this morning. I pushed through this one until my body started rebelling mid-way through the second round of abs. And I'm not one to ever give up during a workout, but I've recently begun practicing listening to my body to avoid running it into the ground.
This whole series has been a real challenge for me, but today is the first day I almost cried. When you started the THIRD round of abs...GIRL! I went from congratulating myself for (barely) getting through the workout to feeling sorry for myself in a hot second. Whatever. Thanks, Heather!

Excellent! It was neverending but I feel strong. I worked out with my Y group yesterday and your workouts have gotten back to where I used to be. We did sweatin with the oldies and richard simmons for fun.
At the beginning of this program, I couldn't even do split lunges ( or i'd struggle to do them). Now i'm able to do at least 8 consecutively . I can also do renegade row with 10lbs instead of 5. I definitely feel a lot stronger. & BTW THIS WAS TOUGH OMG. The ab section was no joke. I couldn't keep up at her pace but i kept going. 11 days left til i cross the finish line!
My country is in corona lockdown from late last week and at least 2 more weeks (probably more), so the last weeks of this program will be done from inside home quarantine 💪🏼 Thank you for creating this program, Heather! It’s officially a mental life saver ❤️
OMG, this one was a killer .... I am totally sweaty and went out of breath several times with all those jumps. And yes, short ab session - 3rd round of abs killed me .... But on the positive note - I feel super now - so empowered and ready to smash the day. So, thank you, Heather, anyway :)
Completed this on my second attempt, failed 2 days ago due to lack of energy and a stitch. So so glad I've completed it. Definitely the toughest workout to date. Really loving the programme. Thanks Heather.

Thank you so much! It was intense 💦 but the hardest one for me was the previous day with the plank challenge. I’ve barely stopped throughout the whole program but with that one I’ve stopped many times towards the end.
I made it,I was feeling so weak and lethargic at the beginning of the workout I almost gave up.I took a snack gave it some minutes then started.I told myself I will take all the time I need .Took a break after every jump workout (every other) and finally finished.I did not have to break so much in the abs section so hang on.Don't stop.just keep going and take all the time you need

This is one of my favourites! Take breaks if you need to because you’ll feel winded at times 😅 this one is so tough. I still modify where I can, but I do feel myself getting stronger and getting better with endurance.
A crazy cardio today but made it through Day 4 of week 10 completed and feeling so strong 💪 but God those ab one did I struggle on the final round of abs But totally loved this face crazy cardio today I wish my tummy would go down more as I always do another one of your work outs after finishing your daily workouts as I'm doing extra abs but after having 3 c-sections and three massive big surgery where I have been cut right across my stomach three times I can I see my tummy is, going down but its looks like it dropped lower I was so hoping this would help get rid of my c section pouch but it's just making it drop down lower 😔 Feeling a bit sad about it but then I think of how far I have come on in 10 weeks my fitness levels and strength has increased massively So that makes me very happy Thank you Heather for another great sweaty hard one today

Me too !!!! So glad I'm not the only one. I've lost 2 lbs but the tummy has been getting flatter and clothes has been fitting alot more comfortable
