Coolest looking foxbody I think I've ever seen. These and the latest gen mustangs are really the only years that I like much and this one is pretty much dead on how I like to see them sitting.
You’re young then, 427 boss mustangs should be in your list and I’m not even a mustang fan.

We're just getting started on gathering everything for a godzilla swap in a fox. Even just the basics haven't been cheap.
Used to have a '92 Fox Body as a kiddo in High School, this thing is on another level though from what that had back in the day.
Oh daddy that thing is sweet! The fact it's in a Foxbody is the icing on top! I work in an ambulance manufacturing facility and I have a lot of experience with the 7.3 as a lot of people in service want we call a cutaway and the powerstoke isn't available in that chassis. Plus a lot of customers prefer the 7.3 gas engine
Nice color, the fasteners on holding the ground effects drives me nuts though.

@@RadDadisRad is the Godzilla a small block? Huh. I was guessing because of displacement. Is it the same architecture as the coyote or is it a pushrod?
@@rhull3939 yes ironically enough it’s a small block because of the bore spacing. It’s a ohv motor. Biggest cubic inch from a coyote based motor that I’m aware of is 349ci.
@@RadDadisRad cool. Thanks for the info. The previous largest small block I've heard of is the 7.0 LS that came in a recent Camaro Z28 and the Corvette Z06 a few years back.

My next build is a 2010-13 Taurus’s sho with a 7.3 Godzilla supercharged , awd with the 10r80 transmission. Easily a 9 second car for just under 10k
I agree with you about it being an easy 9 second car but how is this done for under 10k??

Which is better for street use mainly, Baer brakes or Wilwood brakes?
They are about the same, Baer seems to have a bit nicer setups but wilwood has more variety and available applications. Depends on if you're going assisted or manual brakes as well. The fox is currently running Brembo GTS Brakes

Overrated road that is too crowded. There are 100s of roads all around it that are just as good. Those kinds of roads are everywhere in NC, SC, TN, WV, VA etc

T56, uses the same coyote swap bell housing
Considering the fact that Godzilla was a metaphor for the US bombing Japan it's nice to see the name go to something besides the god awful R35, let alone American.

I seen a 7.3 the other day for sale for $850, but I'm waiting for a 1uz or 3.9l Jaguar aj8 to pop up close.
If you passed on a 7.3 godzilla motor for 850 bucks you're out of your mind.

Set up primarily for it yes, but we're doing a bunch of testing on the motor so this next year we're switching over to N/A

Only thing is that the LS is originally a Ford design. Chevy has never been able to produce a powerful engine without outside help.

Blah,blah,blah…and tRump won in 2020 too! Other than the Boss429 and the rabid dog,ooops,coyote,by virtue of dohc,Ford has been unable to produce an engine that breathes worth a damn without spending truckloads of money on them. Hence Chevys popularity…hp without taking out a mortgage.
And I can assure you Chevy engineers didn’t crib Ford’s notes to build the LS. If Ford woulda knew how to build something that good they would’ve done it. (Well,maybe) And all your Godzilla( when Will Ford ever give up these stupid names?) is is an LS clone.

A Coyote with a turbo and the same bolt on would make the same power... the "godzilla" engine is way over hyped
The same power at peak rpm maybe. The 7.3 will reach and hold that max power better across the rpm curve compared to the coyote though.
Get a Chevy why buy a Ford 🤷🏻♂️
I see some questionable welds but it is a beautiful build other than that.
I have a stock f250 7.3 work truck, on my 3rd warrantied engine from ford. Follow your oil changes religiously! Badass build!
